Gentlemen you won't start the 500 push up instantly, it's a gradual process, from 50 - 100-150.....you'll be trained how to endure pain. But the advice is just start practicing so that you won't be rusty during resumption. If it's running forget it you'll be running throughout in the academy.

Doing 10km isn't a problem, doing it within a specified timeframe is the koko.
Imagine running 40km with all your kaya only for the Commandant to tell you to turn back that you didn't come within the timeframe..

What I do now to track my blood pressure is take my bp immediately after I go for my morning run and return. From the gym... I think you should try this as well.. so that the small jogging and inconvenience in nda won’t make it shock you

I checked my bp today, it was 140/80.

Na bp knock me out for ssc 46 oo. Then they said it was 160/90 but as soon as I leave NDA the next day I checked it was 120/80.

I no just know why my BP no dey always stable.

Tension dey always full my body once I wan check am.

So this morning I once again checked my BP and it read 91/38. The machine said it's optimal according to WHO's standard, how my doctor said I have to work on it to improve it to at least 120/90. Any advice on how I can go about this?
Note: It was 115/75 last week.

Their are some documents that I can post here, when he step into the academy he review all the rules and regulations. He said mess is not a right is a privilege you can be serving job when it's time for mess, he also said no light out meaning you can serve job till the next day. He said where will cadets sit if not on their head he brought back sitting on your head. Many other things bro, first project he did was to expand the academy cementry, how many cadets has he dismissed in just a year??
Baba go dey review dozier for army terma 5, he said he will do same for teenagers 5 airforce and navy cadets he had to call them back from airforce base kaduna and onne for dozier review and POP.
Note: Dozier review means he's going to check all your sins from terma 1 till date. How many AWOL, how many fire alarm did you miss etc.
