spetsnaz: The turn out this year is plain disgraceful, more especially SSC. The army haven't witnessed this type of apathy in a very long time, even the number of applicants for Regular Course far exceeded the numbers for SSC/DSSC combined this year. Most of you that went for dssc are joking as most likely they'll draft the successful ones to SSC, who are you guys leaving combatant course for? I also forsee many DSSC being exposed to combatant roles when commissioned. course 45 will repeat itself again... |

DadyTrillion: Darul Salam has been existing a long time ago... Never knew they were violent thats why I put the new in quote.. they used to be a harmless Islamic institution until they began to get guns recently.. the army has been messing them up.. some over hundreds of their fighters surrendered about some weeks ago but they’ve genuinely left it out of the news cos they don’t want Nigerians to panic for what’s going on.. their fighters got some crazy guns..this image I attached, everything happened in this month.. I think they took to arms last month and they’ve already started giving army headache

Bifrost: ugo4u... Just reading through previous pages and came across this.
I uploaded my passport in JPEG, and other documents in pdf since there was no specified format. But all the files were under 300kb.
Please, is that going to be a problem.
cc: Sikowitz bro you just have to hope it’s not a problem.. I don’t think it is doe, and they might allow it this year cos they didn’t specify like the previous years.. so just hope man |

NIGERIA IS FACING A SERIOUS SECURITY CHALLENGE SO IF YOU MUST DO INTER-STATE TRAVEL NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Schedule it between 9am to 4pm. Don't leave too early and don't be caught in the late hours. 2. Remove titles from your phone contacts. Example: Hon, Alhaji, Chief, Inspector and military ranks in general.
3. While driving, focus on the road and ensure that every 5-7 minutes, there is traffic on the returning lane. 4. Try not to exceed 100km per hour so you can make your judgements timely. It will also help you look out for traps and appreciate the terrain. 5. If you can, please don't use tinted sheets on your car. It passes a message to bandits and criminal elements that you are a uniformed man/woman.
6. Make sure you always have a spare tyre, plug and fuel pump in your car. Don't ignore this. 7. Even if you are not the one driving, put your phone away and keep your eyes on the road.
8. Moving in a convoy has proven not to intimidate criminal elements. Bandits took on an 8-car convoy along Kaduna-Abuja last December. 9. If you must stop to buy food article or ease yourself, it is advisable to take that break at a town or village.
10. These are safety tips. They will help tremendously, though cannot guarantee total protection from these elements.
Or just book flight if you get shortlisted for Ssc.. some of us might want to drive there and park at a friends place in kaduna.. y’all be safe. |

Arisukuni: May your river of wisdom never get dry oga sir!
People are seeing things all over social media, no matter how they play diplomacy yet people still seeing the reality on social media, some people work is to link such to social media, Especially the recent new of the Col. that died as a result of Ambush by BH, people start wondering if a senior officer of rank of Col. could be ambushed and killed, you know how many followers would have been killed in the process. Many thought going on in the mind of the prospective candidates, las las make your decision, what will be will be.
People are really having second thought, be it DSSC or SSC, even people with passion dey fear talk less of people without passion. We no go give up cuz na person way give up fu<k up.
You can imagine the total applicants of DSSC and SSC this year no even reach half of SSC 46 last year. E Be things!
Las las we go dey alright.
Victory is from Almighty God Alone. Victory is from God alone my brother |

Bifrost: I just noticed that too.
I think that unique code that has just been added to the application number has to do with the CBT we would write. Perhaps it will be our log in ID, or something like that.
Let me even ask; for those of us that have printed and signed our docs, shey it's just the first page we are going to print and attached to our already printed forms right?
Sikowitz, ugo4u biko am I on the right track? if you’ve already signed it says to click that link in blue... then whatever you print out from there, you’ll attach it to the first page of your already printed forms
|

The approach I think the army will use is ask us to login to our portals to check if we are invited to write exam or release pdf file.. newspaper will be for shortlist for screening. |
