iamadonis22: Uhmm okay.
Maitama is the elite zone of Abuja. Hotels here like Transcorp, Sheraton, Summerset Fraser all go for about 18k and above per night. Totally unnecessary if you’re going to be here for only 48 hours. Embassies and High Commissions are located at Maitama; so too is the Embassy of the Republic of Poland.
Now, Gwarinpa on the other hand has a lot of, for want of a better phrase, low-budget hotels; you’ll find hotels for 5k, 8k, 7k. Gwarinpa (first Avenue) is a straight drive to the Embassy. You shouldn’t spend more than 1k via Uber.
So I’d recommend Gwarinpa. Plus it’s not boring; a lot of suya, point and kill spots to unwind while you’re here.
Come get your WIZA in Jesus Name! Thanks so much! |

iamadonis22: Will be expensive staying at Maitama (15k and above per night). I’ll recommend you go on Hotels.ng and find hotels around Gwarinpa. You’ll find starting at 5k upwards.
Gwarinpa (first avenue please) is a twenty minute drive to the Embassy maximum. You won’t be late for your appointment don’t worry. It’s an expressway.
When are you coming in? please shed more light on this |

Travel › Re: Polish Student Visa by Silva19(f): 5:30pm On Aug 24, 2021 |
blessednendowed: No it is NOT the same please. I have discussed this in a previous post . But let me state it again .
Letter of ELIGIBILITY to pursue higher studies is the one the ministry of education in Nigeria will give you which u can request during authentication of ur documents at Ministry of education. However a certificate of recognition is a document you get as part of the NOSTRIFICATION process.
NOSTRIFICATION is the process of recognition of your educational documents. It verifies that your education document that you achieved in Naija or your home country (waec , neco, bsc) etc... is of equal value as the one in their country . So for example, if John gets his waec in Nigeria, they want to make sure that waec is equivalent to the polish secondary/high school diploma. (Usually in Poland this is done by the Kuratorium in the vovoideship in the city which your school is located. )
Only some schools in Poland require NOSTRIFICATION for example University of Szczecin Please check my previous posts to understand further.
Hope this helps... please, how much does it cost? |

Hello everyone, Since getting a date for legalization is really hard, can one authenticate here in nigeria and then when one gets to poland, travel by train to polish embassy in Germany and legalize. Is it possible this way? |
Travel › Re: Polish Student Visa by Silva19(f): 11:06am On Jun 27, 2021 |
Maxiout: Perhaps it’s harder for the polish embassy to check how much the person has in a foreign bank.
Honestly, you can use a foreign sponsor but I would advise your sponsor should have account in a Nigerian bank and request for CC limit as that would be much easier to prove.
This happened to me, my sponsor works in France and we had use a bank in France and Employment letter (though not original so was a problem) and payslips but still rejection. Once we then used CC limit in a Nigerian bank I was given a visa.
This is my experience. Just always make sure you have the right documents for easier process. Thank you! |

Abimibiola: Hello, I went through all the threads and got a lot of information, and you guys are literally making this whole thing easier. God bless you, but I'm still confused about something. I am trying to apply to Hamburg University of Applied science for public health and they use Uniassist. How did you go about getting your school here in Nigeria to send your official transcripts to you before you now go ahead to submit to Uniassist yourself? You don't need your school to send official copies of your transcript I'll suggest that if you have student copy of your transcript, get it certified at the high court and send to uniassit It will be accepted. |

What might affect the euros is corona, due to disruption on global trade oh.....that's OK Thanks |
