I disagree Mr lawyer. The only implication is that the legal tussle will start afresh. This means all parties will participate in the election with their respective candidates including APC and the disqualified deputy. By virtue of the judgement, all parties maintain status quo. If APC wins again, then the legal battle to disqualify the deputy starts afresh. QED |
[quote If there is any attempt to undermine Ayaade it will spark off a crisis in the party thst will split it right down the middle and the consequences will not be limited to Cross Rivers state.[/quote]Don't bother, the middle had been split right from the time of Eve. |
Now you know Nigeria is the real 'Big Brother'. Just change it to "Brother Cameroon" and leave the "Big" for Nigeria. |
I knew the virtual meeting Obaseki had with the President where he was laughing sheepishly like someone watching Ben-10 was for the president to read his (Obaseki) intentions through his(President) mystical crystal ball installed in that PC. |
'Pray for Lebanon'. I never pray for Nigeria finish, nah Lebanon of all countries I go con pray for. Smh |
Auladimeji:One million likes for you bro. My thoughts ever since. The best comments so far. |
Increasing the fine shows clearly the lack of tolerance on the part of government but hey don't forget to include stamp duty on the fine also. Clueless ones |
Wonderful people, great country, great leaders. These are not Nigerian leaders concentrating their energies and life on stamp duty. Wicked animals. |
How come you ladies didn't mention Obaseki and Oshiomole? That's unfair. You didn't mention PDP too |
If Tinubu is holding Lagos hostage , you have been holding Lagos PDP hostage, so the otoge will fall on both of you. |
As long as he has naturalized his citizenship, he's fit to be called a Nigerian, after all we have Nigerians in diaspora in foreign parliaments and other official positions. No big deal after all. |
Stamp duty and Slavery were like close brothers with same manners in the colonial era. Slavery left but stamp duty stayed. You do not tax an empty pocket, u wicked government. |
MTN! Over to you. |
idahme:The issue is not about religion or pastors. Being number four or someone that came in through court doesn't mean he/she won't bring good governance. Good governance doesn't show in faces neither does it come thru election. If you want to talk using religion even David had his crooked ways too and still enjoyed grace. Advocating for good governance is not what we need but revolution, if you like advocate till tomorrow. |
Why won't he talk because he came fourth. It's the power in him and the grace that took him to number one, even if he's twentieth he can speak as long as it's democracy. That shows the low level of IQ of our leaders. His Wike any better? The man that started romancing Buhari because he saw money. Hypocrites in government. |
Its time we revolt. Government is taking Nigerians for granted. This is pure wickedness |
And the governor wants to open schools in the state! |
He's truly guilty otherwise he wouldn't have allowed them give him signboard to hold. |
Demola Seriki, that's Tinubu's boy. The president and Jagaban are still connected. |
That's not a road, it's an island. |
Nonsense! You call that rescue or cowardice. Why didn't he rescue himself when he wanted to vie for second term, why did he use them to campaign for another 4 years in Office, why did he use their strength to Garner votes? The only Victor is the one that rescue himself from the beginning and claims victory at the end. |
And you are one of the conspirators who purposely refused stopping the man kneeling on its neck. Now you are on bail to another party. Senseless people all together |
See what unemployment has caused. These hungry ones that should make good quality of their time now that they are still young. No creativity, no invention, no common sense. |
Just like moving from a 5 bedroom duplex to a miniflat and you tell the whole tenants in the compound not to worry that since you are here now, you will make sure everyone pays his/her bills on time. |
And so they will leave class and start competing to pluck mangoes under the mango tree. |
As long as they are Nigerians! |
Nigeria has the highest number of politicians' death all over the world. Let us pray for our beloved country. |
How many Governors will give you money for campaign when the fear of EFCC is the beginning of hypertension? Most of those that will raise funds for you will want profit after election, so you haven't eliminated godfatherism as you mentioned as they will be demanding. |
Surprisingly too, no APC governor is coming out in support of Obaseki as the case of yahaya Bello, even El-rufai is mute. This shows the governor doesn't mix well even amongst his colleagues. |
Why will you stop him, is your father the owner of the state? Such threat should not be taken lightly, everyone is free to go anywhere in Nigeria. |
OVIHINNO:Not the people making mockery of the judicial process, it is the judges themselves making mockery of the system The judges in Nigeria are the most useless all over the world. They have no dignity again. They create chaos for our democracy. They are part of where we still are. Very very corrupt system. |
When there's peace in a family it's because the bastards there are not grown yet. Right now It's apparent the bastards in APC are now full grown adults. |
