All these guys have more dough than Dele Alli. So saying money is the cause of Dele's behavior is actually childish. And past experiences have taught me not to judge any matter based on only one person's side of the story. Something is definitely wrong and I doubt people would come here to say that the boy has been "jazzed". I pray the family settles their differences soon. |

But I specifically stated that people should reach me via text messages and whatsapp messages alone. Reason is I'm almost always underground during the week and reception in that place is very poor. The skills required to be an expert driver favor males more than females. Not that females can't possess them, it just takes more time and effort on their part. I have seen women who drive extremely well; but when you look at their driving pattern, it's almost as if it's a man that is driving. The other day, a twitter user was talking about a female BRT driver he saw; he even took pictures of her behind the steering. Also, like someone mentioned above, driving isn't just about getting behind the steering wheel and zooming off; it extends to things like monitoring your car's sound, changing tyres and oil (things that most females count as "dirty and masculine"  , response in emergency situations etc.FYI, one of my sister's friends (she'll be in her mid forties now) has been driving since she was a teenager. If you see the way she handles steering wheel, you will know that Oga na master. I also know a top female FRSC officer who taught her all her children how to drive. Both these females are very good drivers but they have been driving for a veryyyyy long time. And I also think this topic should be in the car talk section 1 Like |

To the developers in the house, I would suggest the following 1. Minify your HTML and CSS files to reduce their size, host the minified versions of the files but keep the files that were not minified; you will definitely need them later if you want to add features. 2. Run GtMetrix and Pagespeed tests on your websites. Both services provided detailed reports on how to optimize your website for faster loading. |

Salvere:Thank you for your informed response; I appreciate it. However, I assumed that the product was probably going to be Indian and clearly stated that it was an assumption. Secondly, my judgement was based on the previous knowledge which I had; an update to that knowledge shows that oral ingestion of GSH work. I also discovered other research papers that talked about the subject. Truly, learning is a non-stop process especially in science. Nonetheless, all this does not change the fact that glutathione is not a must have supplement. What the results of the researches just show is that GSH supplements are not the waste of money previous studies suggested they were. Thank you. |

But pharmaceutical companies want to sell drugs at really exorbitant prices (in order to make a shitload of money) and therefore skew information to motivate people to buy the drugs and supplements. I went to a dinner last December and someone came to advertise this "miracle" molecule. As a sharp guy, I went online and did some reading. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glutathione#Bioavailability The above link says Bioavailability Glutathione is only to a small extent bioavailable to humans; the human body is capable of maintaining a consistent level of GSH. Oral introduction of GSH into the body is, in fact, scarcely effective to increase its plasma and/or intracellular concentration. To those that will still patronize, all the best. Don't vent your anger on me Mr.  You said this remember They offered to have a mou with the guy's private company he built from scratch to offer IT services. However the company has no interest in IT apart from what they use to work. They want to move into IT with the guy's private practice and co-own it. What you implied in that statement was that the guy's private company is into an aspect of IT and that the partnership with his former employers would increase their service offering in the field. That's why everyone here has been shouting "conflict of interest". Next time; give information explicitly that won't allow room for various and different interpretation by the reader. Besides this an IT firm and a reading company, no single common interest. They don't sell anything that is even remotely related to IT. Now you're supplying an information that should have been in your first post. If this had been there; I'm certain that the advises and comments would have been different somehow. If your friend feels he or she has been treated unjustly by his or her former employers, let him or her get a lawyer and sue them at the industrial court. Shikena. |

But just to ask, what are the boy's interest? That would determine the kind of educational something he should get. If he likes Science stuff; a robot or arduino kit would be good (but this would be quite expensive and hard to get) If he likes mind games; buy him chess, monopoly or scrabble (they are educational too). Please, always read your employment letter to know its rules for disengagement. The guy probably forgot that there was a clause in his employment letter than doesn't allow him to have a private practice (I'm assuming it was explicitly stated in the letter). Nonetheless, the deed has been done but next time he should be more careful. Also, he should employ the services of a lawyer to look at any agreement he is going to sign in the future with his former organization.
