Something always tells me that this governor is doing well for his state despite the security challenge they face there. You hardly hear him being mentioned in one scandal or the other regarding theft of funds for reconstruction and rehabilitation of areas ravaged by bokoharam.

see as he's placing the budget as if he allocated up to 30% of it for capital projects.... as far as we know, only about half of the salaries of the workers will be paid and the remaining half will go into campaigning for that dullard in osun state. fear all governors dropping 2018 budget in that manner!!!
