seriously, my iphone 7plus suddenly developed issue. I've tried to format it but it's bringing out error code. Seems to be a hardware issue

The inevitable has happened. For some times now I don't carry my iphone any more because of the battery issue.

I just left it at home and charge it anytime the battery is down. It's very close to the window position.

Today I noticed the iphone has died and I plug it. After charging it a bit it Tries to on. But stuck at the apple logo. After some minutes off and restart all over again. You can't put it off anymore. It's just rebooted on apple logo.

The iphone runs on latest version 14.7 I really don't want what is wrong. I have tried itune update and restore but after some time it's cut off starting I need strong internet connection.

I am using 3utool to download the iOS version 14.7.1 which is about 60%. I have waste internet data trying to work around it.
