I have been busy. This place is really toxic. Not an accounting graduate, having to learn on the job with multiple clients is quite hectic and inefficient. The in-charges are not helping matters, always shouting to do the job on time. The condescending and disrespectful approach is not good at all. I am exhausted. I am in audit, they are just unprofessional and impolite while dealing with juniors. The work load is high too, 60 - 80 hours weekly with unkind and inconsiderate people is terrible.

How do you deal with people seeing you as competitive in a workplace. It’s affecting me, especially as I’m the youngest and people are beginning to give me reactions.

Is it best to go under radar? sometimes you try your best to mingle but people respond with straight faces.

Also the fact that I’m an introvert makes this so hard.

Lol....why not? When we had our AC, we were assigned numbers which we were identified by. The staff did not want to know our names or where we came from. The recruitment is mostly based on merit. This isn’t American sir, it is easier to do that there because they have a working system. A 20 yr old here sometimes hasn’t even gotten a clear direction especially regarding “renting a house alone”. Not saying it’s not possible but then it’s tough in this part of the world.

She said I should come with my wife, and I did, she said my wife has another spirit, that she feels the marriage will not last...but till today, nothing I put hand dey work, most times we live together but never discuss together, we just live like strangers at home, and most time I regret getting married.
