My dear it's just like cooking normal stew.

Add palm oil to the dry and hot pot.

Leave palm oil to bleach well until the whole foamy stuff is clear from the surface.

Add onions, leave to dry not burnt.

Add your blended tomatoes and pepper and start fry till it gets dried.

Add curry, your meat or fish and a bit of water, leave for 5 to 10minutes before adding maggi and salt. Leave for a little while. Ready! Goodluck.
