Is auctioning of people's vehicle the penalty for traffic offense in Lagos? Can it be said authoritatively that the people involved were given enough time to reclaim their vehicles? If yes, were the charges placed on them for violation of traffic rules comeasurable with the offense committed, that is, is the fine not too high beyond normal? Or was there a deliberate intention to frustrate the owners, thereby making it impossible for them to reclaim their vehicles?
Otherwise, why will somebody using a car of about 3-4million not be able to reclaim his vehicle, if the penalty was affordable and not beyond normal? Or is it to be said, that traffic violation as in driving against the traffic is an unpardonable offense in Lagos?
All these questions beg for answer. Can an insider to this situation please share some useful details about what processes and procedures were adopted before arriving at auctioning people's cars/vehicles.

Be determined to Make yourself, parents, siblings,future wife and children proud by starting out somewhere, never say never. But truth be told, ayone who went through and understand the rigor of successfully completing a higher education in Nigeria, especially in a prestigious and competitive university like UI, OAU or UNN; will readily admit that a third class graduate from any of those institution is a potential first class material In any of the universities abroad. Lagos State government should consider people residing within its domain by fixing interstreet roads, and roll out enough shuttle busses to ply those routes. As he lacks the locus standi to institute such case at the Tribunal, so also the Tribunal lack the power to entertain such case, meaning such case is not within its jurisdiction. Vis-a-vis the case must be instituted at the FHC, for any hope of regaining his supposedly stolen mandate, otherwise this pronouncement by the court of Tribunal is null and void, and without any effcect whatsoever.

May be his manner of saying it may look to you more like a joke but its true. Every aspect of God's creature is affected by human sinful disobedience to God; the highest authority. The reason this animals both on land and in the sea are reacting negatively is because of the impact of man's disobedience, that have also made them aggressive towards human, since it was God whom we now disregard that refrain them from harming Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. What this means is that their nature have been changed and will only be restored during the millennium reign of Christ.
