D guys running away aint worthy of her. She shud still stick to her word of remaining the secondary virgin. Nuthing good comes easy. Evry good thing in life is worth d wait and patience. D Right Prince will wait and she's young so she can wait for him else she can choose to settle wit the mediocres and then Mr A, MR B up till Mr Z and beyond will flood her life and inorder to see hw to keep them she wud be straffing all of dem as dey com and will always go as once each guy has his fill he wud break up. D gal ends up loosing her reputation which is priceless and her body becomes so loose and free and even aged due to over activity. Be wise sex and abstinence is great and rewarding and d first screen to chase out d wrong people. Wish u d best choice pleasing to nature and God. Shalom

It hurts when I see fellow human beings killed in such brutal manner. Where is our regard for human life and what are our leaders doing to stop dis wanton destruction of breadwinners, Joy of families and promising citizens. I kepp asking why? May their sould rest in peace. LEADers and security agents should step up their game. Enough is enough

sauceny:
Whatz this bloody civilian tryna do
He should leave the military to their ruling & go do what he knows how to do best "civilian ruling"

I believe if those given the death sentence where found guilty shouldn't be pardoned.
I mean, the army isn't jst a unified body where you make your own decisions, being an army comes with much work of full dedication & commitment in protecting your country...

I think they should face the sentence passed upon them to serve as a deterrent to others trying to follow same part, besides the motto has always been clear "Obey the last order".

If the Nigerian military men were chosen from nairaland,i think by now Nigeria would have been at the verge of collapse...Countries like Ghana,Sudan, Cameroon & others would have been a threat to us.

The military is meant for strong hearted men,not the timid men i see over here attacking me for being mean & wicked.

I believe that they are also Nigerians with blood and life like all of us. Something went wrong in dat camp 4 such an issue to arise. We have to know what caused it and the root cause shud be dealt with. Dey still deserve a fair trial whether Military or Civilian. Dey have a right to be heard. Dis is what makes us a democracy and not a Communist or dictatorial regime. Agbakoba I hail ur efforts. When a soldier rebels, something must have seriously gone wrong we have to find it out. God bless nigeria

Career / Re: Subsea, Mud, Reservoir, Pipeline, Petroleum, Drilling Engineers & Supervisors Zone by simplygreat(m): 8:45pm On Aug 12, 2014
DrFerlie:

There are so many ways of getting into the field. I will explain one of the ways to you. You can come into the industry as a drilling fluids engineer ( Mud Engineer ). There is a drilling fluids school in PortHarcourt/Enugu. You will attend the school for a month thereabout after which you will be given a certificate to work as a Mud Engineer. Indigenous drilling fluids company occasionally employ graduates from the school. Otherwise, after acquiring the skill, you can apply to any drilling fluids company in Nigeria ( MISWACO, Baroid, Cledop, Atlantic fluids, baker, star AP etc ). The acquired drilling fluids skill together with your petroleum engineering training will you in a vantage position. I will find out the contact address of the school and get back to you.

Please Dr Ferlie I would appreciate the address of the school as I am interested in the training and I would love to start up from the basics and build myself.
I would await your reply

There's is no need to be tribalistic about this 2 niger bridge. We all know that Nigeria is divided into 3 major parts by the great waters of d niger and benue..D river niger is one of 7 major rivers of Africa. Its high time the FG does the work as if it collapses, all d tribes would have a fair share of their own pain because that bridge links all the South eastern states and many south south states. Brothers be guided, dat u r in lag now does not mean a loved one may not be there should it happen..Fellow nigerians be guided.what affects one region affects all of Nigeria. We shall overcome our differences and save our lives before disaster comes..no one knows tomorrow
Car Talk / Re: Death Of The Z-600 Made-In-Nigeria Car by simplygreat(m): 4:10pm On Jul 01, 2013
well from what I know of NAC. The current DG is seriously trying and encouraging efforts to promote a totally Made in NIgeria Car. I have seen their efforts and I also know that if not for the current management, NAC would have remained totally irrelevant but the current leadership under Engr. Aminu Jalal is seriously working and the dream of having a MADE IN NIGERIA car may come sooner than expected. Besides DR IZUOGU'S car, the research institute called CENTRE FOR AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT is also there and they have produced four models of a particular car. The problem is that of funding and inconsistent policies and this is what has hampered the growth of CADD, ZARIA from fulfilling totally the reason for which it was set up. As for DR. IZUOGU'S car, I think d problem KILLING Nigeria affected it and that's why it didn't fly. I honestly wish it succeeded and I really wish JALAL was the head then because he would have effected changes that would have helped the fulfil the NIGERIAN DREAM. Nonetheless we still have hope as long there is life and there are real Nigerians who really want what is good for Nigeria. when the Merger between NAC and CADD goes through the final phase from the NATIONAL ASSEMBLY before the end of this year, No doubt we would see the changes we have always dreamed of. Even if Engr. Jalal tenure expires the people to succeed him will fill the vacuum effectively. I am saying this because I served as a Corper with the National Automotive Council, Abuja and I have also gone on an Industrial visit to CADD, Zaria and I have seen all relevant documents concerning the Auto Industry in NIgeria. I have seen the efforts of the current management staff of NAC and I can say to you in sincerity, things are already changing. just few more years and we would get there. with the Automotive test centre, the mechanic villages in almost all the states of the federation under the PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP, the mechatronics training for mechanics to equip them with knowledge of modern technology, the liaison with NUC to establish and promote Automotive Engineering in Nigerian universities with its attendant funding and in coalition with some help from German experts, the support rendered to INNOSON VEHICLE COMPANY and a host of many others...truly NAC is working but soon their works would explode like the floods that took Nigeria by surprise last year only that this time we would wonder how come we didn't know about this good things till now....God bless Nigeria
Family / Re: Raising A Child To Speak English In Nigeria: Is It Proper? by simplygreat(m): 11:23am On May 07, 2013
i think that all who have supported the notion that our kids be taught their native language during childhood have done well. I learnt ibo language first before English and that has never hampered my knowledge of the English Language and i have even travelled out for a debate with the Englishmen and the debate ended well with our team winning the competition without hitches and all of us in the team knew how to speak our local language fluently such that we easily passed information in the course of the competition as a result of knowledge of another language.
I also have a cousin brought up not in Nigeria but in Cameroon but he knows how to speak English, french, ibo,a lil spanish, our native pidgin. The problem is not the language but the parents who deny their children the language that naturally wanted them to be associated with. Learning our native languages at childhood stage does'nt diminish the child's ability to learn English or other languages. No knowledge is a waste..
