I do not support taking appetite-inducing pills because of possible side effects. Take a lot of Ice-cream, chocolate, healthy portions of foods rich in carbohydrates such as yam, rice, plantain; use peanut butter instead of plain butter, etc. Then get a lot of rest, do not worry or stress yourself over issues all the time. |
If he is too busy to attend to the grave, what about her family members? He's remarried now, and has moved on,so we can't really blame him. That's life for you:| |
I like the 'everything e dey for Nigeria' song. Been looking for where to download it. |
I'm Simplykay, I humbly register my presence Based in Lagos with an outlet in Benin, cater to all kinds of events. |
Made these for a client recently. Leaf moimoi with sliced boiled eggs and steamed fish as filling. You could specify the filling you want with your order: Corned beef, Steamed/Smoked fish, Shrimp, Eggs, etc.

Aww. I feel so bad about this. I'm a Caterer, I bake cakes and cook for all kinds of events and I always advise people not to buy cakes on display except they trust the authenticity of the Baker. It is always safer to place orders for fresh cakes at least 2 days before your event. I'm sorry about this. I wish the lady had handled your complaint better. |
This is a beautiful write-up, thanks OP. I've got friends from both sides, and have learnt so much from them in terms of culture. |
Yes, I agree with Okenwa. Pumpkin leaf/Ugu is a very good source of Iron. Others are Liver (Chicken, Turkey, Cow liver), Soyabeans, Spinach/Efo, Peanuts, Cashewnuts. |
I sent my CV since Saturday, you've not acknowledged receipt. I'm really interested in this. |
I'm sending my cv right away! I hope you'll reply as soon as you get it. I absolutely love cooking, I'm very adventurous in the kitchen and I'm constantly upgrading my knowledge. Lets do this! |

Hello everybody, I hope you're having a great day. I'm Simplykay, a budding Caterer/Food Entrepreneur with several years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. I bake cakes, cook for events, make smallchops and cocktail drinks and organize training classes from time to time. I'm based in Lagos but work takes me all around Nigeria, and hopefully outside Nigeria very soon I am very passionate about what I do; for me, food isn't just about eating, it is a total experience![]() |
Please, who has any idea when the school gates are locked each day? Because as at 4:00pm,I'm stuck in traffic @ mile 12. Should I still go? Or make it tomorrow? Help a sister please. |

Finished from Uniben in 2009. Hall 1 minimum 6 but there's always room for at least 4 squatters . Hall 2 minimum 8,space for about 6 squatters. Hostels were fun sha, there was always one issue or the other to discuss and laugh about. |
I read a lot and I've run out of novels/books so I'm glad I came across this story. I'm still smiling sheepishly at the chemistry btwn Tega and Tj. Abeg upload more episodes. Good job! |
After NYSC,I went into the snacks supply business. I ended up underpricing my goods and didn't make as much profit as I could have. Anyway I'm working under a professional caterer now so I can fully learn the nitty gritty of the business. |
I light a candle for my big uncle Alex. A man among men,a man who would give without expecting anything in return. I appreciate all you did to make sure I got a good PPA during my service year. I pray we meet again.;( |
For me,it's T.D Jakes' MAXIMIZE THE MOMENT (not too sure about d title). That book taught me to make the best of every second. It taught me not to fold my arms and wait for a big break but do all the little things that make success come faster. |
