It could be as a result of anything, it mustn't be about one party trying to subvert the will of the people. The picture just showed 2 or 3 boys lying down, not everyone one in a polling unit. We too like to brew trouble. |

All that is required is for politicians to accept a pay cut and you would be alarmed how much that would free up to accommodate this increment. Quite unfortunate we are saddled with demonic & heartless politicians who are in the majority. 18k as minimum salary is poor & its less than what a Politician would give their wards for shawama, pizza & ice cream. 1 Like |

Story! Saraki can only deceive himself and those that chose to be deceived. There are other sets of young professionals; called aides attached to legislators at the NASS, an arm of government headed by Saraki. These aides have consistently been denied of their meager allowances for over 3 years now. Same monies that provisions have been made for; year in year out in the budget. He may not be directly linked, the Hon. Members of the Benue State House may have been emboldened by the fact that they control the center & that nothing will happen if they carry out their scheme. And probably with Senator Akume stoking the fire and with the active connivance of the Police, what else do you expect?
