At times u talk like an adolescent. If truly u just served last year, then it's possible that u were a real kid during the time Manchester united was at their peak. So I can understand your problems.
I'm not trying to get into your argument with Lana, just trying to enlighten you on this issue. Serving doesn't usually tell a person true age range. In camp, I saw men of 30-something years. They're friends of mine in their late 20s in camp. This is Naija where for one reason or other, you'll see someone graduating from uni at 27 years. So, is such a person a child? Some have graduated at 26 and had to wait for 4 years due to one issue from school before they'd serve.

Some stay at home looking for admission for over 5 years. How old do you think they'd be by the time they face the long strike in university and then graduate and go for service? Add that fact to the reality that for many medical line graduates, getting internship (which is a system filled with corruption) might take up to 3 years to achieve. When you reliase these things, then NYSC can't really make one a youngin.

There are times Man Utd will play twice a week so an extra 150K for Alexis, Not including winning bonus

3. 350k a week plus add-ons totalling around 600k a week
4. 470k plus add-ons
5. The latest one - 390k, plus 75k for every match played and 1.1m annually.

Thanda fire you, Elewon Yorukpa Shekpeteri Diggz!! grin Ekpa Shekpetewon Digz, dem don release you from prison? grin Wellicum. How devastating did the news about spending the cold Thursday nights slugging it out with the likes of: Krasnodar, Aves (Portugal), Vorskla(Ukraine), Akhisarspor (Turkey), Jablonec (Czech Republic), Zürich (Sui), feel? I'm sure you had seizures alongside the hordes of other Shekpe-gaggling touts all over the world thinking about it. Pele. It's well. I bring you succour with this new information.

While it's no longer news that Shellsea have fallen down and are now vying for trophies with the likes of Burnley, some uneducated Shekpitewons, who by the way consist of 99.9% of Dry Gin FC fans, are ignorant of the means to survive the looming infamous cold nights playing in dreadful weather in obscure and abandoned countries in Europe. To cope with these difficulties and heartbreak from the pathetic display from Norata and Co, I present to you ways to survive Yorukpa League.

1. To get to such normally inhabitable regions in fastest way possible, you need to patronise Larride Airlines. It's fast, safe and reliable. Larride is offering ist class, second class, last class, business class and no class airline tickets to everywhere even to the ends of the earth where humans can't survive. For your upcoming ist match against the Tibetian Monks in Mount Fuji, Larride has made sure there's a penthouse suite in the volcanic cortex of the mountain top inhabited by the mountain goats, for your safety. You also get to view the match from the top as your team plays, just hope the volcano doesn't roast your nyash if erupts. grin grin

2. It's an open secret that the cold on Thursday nights are quite terrible especially in Antarctica where your Dry Gin FC will face off in the battle of the century with the Polar Bears. LMFAO. grin With the services of DopeJemi Escorts PLC, we've got you covered. We provide the finest of Jamo, Caribbean, Hispanic, Scandinavian, Caucasian and Indian babes to cure your fever from konjivities caused by the terrible cold. Lillistjnr has already pre-ordered 2 Brazilian and 1 Jamo babes ahead of this encounter. Hurry up.

3. Clothing materials: without the 3rd piece of information, you won't survive the cold in Jos talk more of Iceland where Chelshit will be playing in their 3rd match, or at Mount Everest where the Yorukpa Final will be hosted (that's if una fit even win the likes of Bursaspor to reach final). grin grin

They include: Leggings, Down Sweather, Cascade Vest, Winter Boots, Ankle High Tights, Smartwool Socks, Outdoor Gloves, Balaclava (for the various thieves in Shekpe camp grin ), Duvet, Wrapper (it's called Ogodo in Igbo for the local Shekpe that don't know the English word) and finally, Cap/Hat/Head Warmer. Head warmer is very important before the cold penetrates through the exposed pores in your cranium to wreck havoc in your system. Plus, the chicks in DopeJemi Escort PLC might turn you down once they sight your agbon Seme border "ogo" with white hairs all over it. That mean say konji don kill you be that o. cheesy grin

Lillilist the shekpite in the WiLLLderness, has already purchased all these items. It's a well guarded secret but as a a waffian like you, I'm letting the cat out of the bag. Pay up via online banking to book these services. If you're living under a rock and don't know what wire transfer or online transfer is, like most Shekpeteris who are populated by touts in beer parlours, you can check out our retail outlets at: 51 Iweka Road, Onitsha. 1/3 Pound Road Aba & 3 Ebinpejo Lane, Idumota Lagos.

My God. Half of our first 11 out or injured. God save us with Mourinho's pessimistic attitude and tactic. Mourinho should attack Leicester without these players. Defending like we did against Bayern is cowardice. Pressurise and attack Leicester with the players we've got, we can win them. They're not a top team. Pep will still attack Leceister even if he's in Mourinho's current condition.

Jose signed a new contract in January 2018.

Leading up to that moment he was someone who won 2 trophies in the previous season, had the potential of lifting the FA cup and qualifying for the UCL in the current campaign. His drab method of play wasn't that noticeable or had yet to cost enough points to be angry about it. Maybe the board thought it was a passing thing.
I think it's more of the emboldened because his drab method had been exposed before then against teams like City and Loserfool, because we attack against smaller teams and defend against big teams especially away from home.

Immediately Mou got enough backing, he became comfortable and started showing his true colors. Knowing him and his past antics at different clubs, the board shouldn't have given him such backing or handed him a contract that gives him so much leverage.

Nwoke, I'd partly blame Ed and his woody team of managers too. But not for refusing to hand Mourinho a blank cheque this TW- I'd blame them for allowing him to have the comfort of believing he's got rights to a blank cheque even if he hasn't been productive with what he's bought already.
You made valid points in all your post. The emboldened is my major grouse with the board.

I am not sure you really got my points bro so I will state them again.
1. Managers don't always get all the players they ask for.
2. The board has backed Mourinho adequately since he became UTD's manager.
3. The difference between what both Manchester clubs have spent under their current managers is not significant.
4. Mourinho should NEVER use the board as an excuse for any failure.
5. This season is the time for him to show people why he is the special one.
1. No doubt about that. I wasn't saying otherwise.
2. Yes, except for this season.
3. I never argued that issue.
4. I wasn't talking about Mourinho blaming the board, I said that I'll lay some blames on the board for giving him an undeserved new contract but then not backing him adequately with some of his transfer targets . Me, not Mourinho.
5. He's nothing special, maybe in the past but not anymore.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by sinizia: 10:02pm On Aug 08, 2018
slimghost:
Since he became our manager, the board has always tried to get 'some' of the players requested. It is always like that for all clubs. All managers have at least 3 players on their wishlist for same role just incase. It is not peculiar to Mourinho and that should never be an excuse for failure. Liverpool wanted Fekir and got Shaqiri. Have you seen Kloop crying about?.
Did Kloop wanted just only ONE position tackled? Loserfool bought brought 4 players after last season ended to Anfield. 4 transfer targets which they pursued to take care of 4 positions that needed reinforcements. Mourinho wanted 4 positions taken care of but we succeeded with just one, Fred; Dalot is still upcoming and we don't know what to expect of him.

It would be totally unfair to blame the board for his failure as he has been backed adequately. The only window I feel he was let down a bit would be this current window.
But then, who would blame the board? The man seems to be losing the plot and no sane board will continue throwing money away without any ROI.
I disagree that it's unfair to PARTIALLY blame a board that was too FOOLISH to give Mourinho a new contract despite the fact that he's serving us useless negative football. It's not unfair to PARTIALLY blame a dumb board that collected Mourinho's targets list and didn't tell Mourinho ab initio that they won't "continue throwing money away without any ROI." They'd have spelt it out to Mourinho that he won't be getting the kinda support he was getting in the past two seasons. I'm still mad at the board for giving Mourinho a new contract and collecting his list of targets only to put up little effort in backing him.

That is pretty terrible business. Selling the better keeper for half the price.
Don't believe that consolation post. If Chelshit were buying Kovacic for 71m and added Cuntois to the deal to reduce it to 35m, then that's when he'd have been right. Cuntois is getting sold independently, Kovacic is coming on loan from opposite direction. Then Kepa is gonna cost 71m alone. They are paying 71m not 35m. No kind of semantics or "quick Maths" can erase that.

I think I disagree with some of your points. I am not sure signing all his requested players was part of the contract extension offer.
The club has books to balance and can't keep shelling out money to fulfill Mourinho's fantasy. The difference between what both Manchester clubs have spent on players under both current managers is not quite significant.
I am sure the club believes we signed one of the best managers in the world and the best managers do not really need 'mercenaries' to perform.
We can as well sign Tony Pulls and get him all the world class players available and I am sure he will win trophies.
The club has backed Mourinho enough and this is time for him to show ROI. simple.
You're probably in a haste to counter me that you missed something vital which if you had spotted, you wouldn't have written your reply.

@emboldened, go through my post again, I wrote "SOME of his transfer targets" not "ALL". Mourinho or anybody is not stupid enough to request for all his targets to be acquired. He has said it sometime back in the past. Last summer, we went from Griezmann to Morata to Ukaku. We went from Dier to Matic. There are always other options for his targets.

The thing is Man U board are not seeing what they are spending for cos Mou style is boring and defensive and he keeps asking for signings.
Then why back Mourinho by giving him a new contract? While majority of us was livid with rage at how United were playing drab football under Mourinho, the board showed they trusted the work Mourinho was doing, and maybe saw something we the fans weren't seeing, and handed him a new contract before his was to expire next season. That's the highest form of approval coaches can get.

Since instead of wisely not giving Mourinho a new contract till he delivered, and if he doesn't, he can leave after next season, why give him a new contract and refuse to get him some of the players he asked for? If the board weren't seeing benefit for their formerly acquired players, the sane thing to do was to sack Mourinho or deny him a new contract. Why back him with a new deal and leave him hanging when he'd given Woody a list before the season ended?

If anything goes wrong, I won't blame Mourinho alone, I must blame the board that gave him a new contract without getting him some of his demanded targets.

Don't believe every rumour out there. We might not even have considered that guy for one second. That's how rumours said we bid £60m for Willian when we never made a move for him. A lot of lies being peddled by every site, even the usually reliable ones.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by sinizia: 6:57pm On Aug 07, 2018
If Chelshit board had moved for several keepers options from January when Cuntois was refusing to sign a new deal, they wouldn't be in this position of frantically searching for a new goalie and having to pay so much for a promising keeper.

The same scenario will play out in our last minute search for players for Mourinho. The selling clubs will try to fleece us. That's what I hate about late transfers. I prefer Mourinho's early transfer pattern so we won't have to be in panic mode. I wonder what went wrong this time around and Woody didn't sort out Mourinho's transfers after targets that he handed to him way before the World Cup started. God save us this season. As it stands now, I'll be happy settling for top 4 finish this season.

Qualifying for the UCL must be a priority no matter what disaster lies ahead.

If any of our CBs is leaving, let it be Jones or Rojo or both but never Smalling. That's because even though Smalling is average, he's our ONLY CB amongst Rojo, Jones and Bailly that can stay fit for at least 99% of our campaign. I'd rather see injury veterans like Jones and Rojo leave first before Smalling because he can come in handy in Carabao Cup or if Bailly is injured or if we need a CB ahead of a crucial game.
