But the stablecoins, by nature, were not design to flutuate, neither were they design for arbitrage purposes nor to be volatile. That's why the developers need to create a hybrid stablecoin that is resistant to human and economic factors, so that it can truly earn the stable dollar status.
Dollar and other Fiats also do lose value. Stablecoins depegging, just like dollar losing value, is the inherent results of the events happening around the world. Events like war, politics, power play, international policies,.. not leaving out the inplay and greediness of those exchanges. True at that.

I'm no third class graduate, but they have massive opportunities abroad than here. For instance, there are schools in the UK that you can use your 3'1 to do Masters.
