Whatever state you are from, I can assure you it does not have a better drainage system than Lagos. Believe me. Lagos, especially Lagos Island is a city on water. The drainage system is so good that water dries up minutes after rainfall. Flood cases like these where there is continous rainfall are inevitable.

Don't mind them,haters are liable to die young,I live and work in Vi.Today's rain was very much,it started in the midnight,continues rainfall causes flood in many parts of the world(Nigeria inclusive).Currently as we speak,the flood is reduced.....it is better now

realistically speaking, you're right, not many men can take such risk as u put it, that does not mean that there are not a few who can.

That's why I said love is an illusion but when reality sets it, they will compromise their stand.

It's just like when two AS patients get married out of the illusion of love, but when the consequences of their action tell on their children, they hate themselves for taking stupid decisions

Yeah the world sympathized with them at that time, because the northern Arabs dominated them and they were blamed for every misadventure (mostly rightly so).
It was assumed when they break off from the Muslim-Arab north being more closely related as mostly Christians they'd be able to forge a unity ahead.
