Alero3Arubi:
I have never travelled before to go and see man. Infact I don't put myself out for a man.
This relationship has already made me break a lot of my rules.
I can't go and see him ooo.
Haba! Na jazzz!
It's not really about breaking rules, but doing something surprisingly different cz it's no longer you alone, but you and your partner

Anywayz, I'm curious how long you have been together before the long distance split

High Rate of Unemployment
One Danfo bus puts food on several tables.. The driver, conductor, the mech, Agbero, NURTW Executives/Chairman etc.. even the Men In Black sef. Closing that door will render many of these guys jobless.

High Rate Of Crime
I am sure you know the next best job for these guys… (Hooliganism). However, a gradual change that also provides alternative jobs for the affected may mitigate crime rate.
While i'm not a fan of the wahala that comes with the Agberos at bus stop each day...now the boys in black, FRSC and VIO would never be able to stop any of the new buses, and finally take their frustration upon the remaining road users

No more shouting from conductors for destinations...as they would now be displayed by LED's like the BRT, just above the windscreen
Travel › Re: 5 Things That Will Occur If Danfo Buses Are Phased Out In Lagos by sirusX(m):
Drivers that usually follow inside streets to beat holdup would be a thing of the past...cz the new guyz go follow protocol to the letter cz they have an Oga @ the top

Also, no more dropping on the way before a bus stop...na to reach bus stop kon trek back to where u suppose go

All I can say is that you'ld have to start by building a solid foundation in knowledge from the solid advice given to you by others in the thread as regards internal and external regulations...banking system and government

Then you'd need proper mentoring...so, if you can lay your hand on a friend, or establish a connection with someone in a similar role in a microfinance bank, then you can be guided accordingly regarding processes, procedures and periodic report writing to appropriate authorities.

Not forgetting the courses and certification you need to acquire

It ain't gonna be easy, cz it might cost you some sleepless nights to get better and become knowledgeable within a limited time frame...as it's a new ground to conquer for you.

May God see you through...and empower you with the wisdom you need to succeed. Amen!

kretoz:
My dear no matter what she did, so long as she didn't commit murder, burnt the guy house or sold it, there is definitely no need for beating, even if she did the above mentioned acts, it's not a reason to raise a hand on her but I know that most good guys endurance limit would not accommodate the above acts
That line is what makes the difference.

People are different in terms of temperament and attitude, it's all about knowing your partner...and recognising when push comes to shove

Nairaland General › Re: 11 Acts Of Random Kindness Done By The Poor by sirusX(m): 6:47pm On Feb 03, 2017
Someone once told me that as a Christian, you're meant to be rich and never suffer...but over time i've come to realise that the riches is not in the wealth you have but the happiness you bring to the lives of others around you each day

You learn to put others first before you, recognising that you're rich in Christ's love and grace...and even when others think you have nothing, you can't help but smile knowing that God's got you smiley

You feel fulfilled and satisfied in every circumstance/situation

But in this present day, it's hard to see such acts...as people think more about themselves and their comfort. You can't see Christ in how they live or what they do
Romance › Re: Hilarious Things Nigerian Girls Do Before Valentine by sirusX(m): 1:36pm On Feb 03, 2017
All na stunt...but in this recession, OYO might be the case oo

Romance › Re: My Girlfriend Pities Me For Being Jobless; I Didn't Tell Her I Found New Job by sirusX(m): 1:19pm On Feb 03, 2017
Love is tested through time. From the writeup she was okay when things were good, and changed to the point of cheating when things were tough.

As long as she doesn't strike a low blow by being insultive now that it seems he's jobless...then all is well

But really, some ladies might pretend for a while and then unleash their true nature in severe circumstances

As for the guy...recognise that one would always have admirers (single or married), but don't let that cloud your mind or judgement, as there was once a reason she meant everything to him

We need to demand for a responsible govt; we the youths need to take this country out from the hands of these present class of people. We should be discussing about forming a megaparty for the youths, set an age bracket in our party constitution and team up to take back our country before these old men sabotage our future.

Business › Re: Total Staff Returns N108k To Customer Who Forgot His Money At Ilorin Station by sirusX(m): 9:02pm On Feb 02, 2017
My worry is the P.R.O stunt being pulled by Total...cz one good fruit does not account for all

Although I understand their reason
'We all know that it is widespread in Nigeria that Service Station attendants are fraudulent and in fact, they have been subtly termed as "crooks". Well, I am proud to announce to you that Total Nigeria is not in that category!
Rather, their message should remind people that even in the midst of hardship and recession, we still need to look out for one another

May our Heavenly Father bless the works of our hands. Amen!
Education › Re: Armed Military Men Take Over The University Of Port Harcourt by sirusX(m): 8:36pm On Feb 02, 2017
Our problem...is a problem undecided

I remember being in school last year when all that protest went down...next thing we knew, we all had to start raising hands whenever we pass the military personnel like we were some form of convicts

Meanwhile...they were the ones with all the arsenal sad
