After the 10% rise in that month, what next? Hold, sell or buy more?

You seem to be interested in data based research. Good one.

Try finding solutions to :

- (1) why price rise to a point (or price band) and then stops.
-(2) why price falls to a point ( or price band) and then stops.
- (3) why when this (either of the two points mentioned above) are happening, an event (news, catalyst) occurs afterwards to propel (up or down) the price enforcing a trend.

This will help you know the max/min possible price an asset can get to before it hits inflection point.

Why did I write these?

Remember Facebook, Netflix and lots of other stocks in the US. Many analyst from Goldman Sachs to Morgan Stanley kept the rating on hold or overweight until the bad earnings hit. Very few gave strong sell rating.

The infection point had been reached [case (1) above], then the event [case (3) above] was the earnings result which became a catalyst for the fall.

Once you know these, you will, to a reasonable extent, be able to forecast inflection points on every single asset. Not 100% though, but the research (financial adventure) should help you understand how prices behave.

This is deep....I salute!!

I hope you saw his latest 2 posts still justifying his rather insulting post to me.. I see no sincerity in all those who can't simply tell him he was wrong. Clearly he lacks the capacity to follow the my posts on the matter which just requested for clarification on the audited result of unity bank which actually posted lovely eps and profit after tax and could be taken by any investor as a green light to invest. my sin is that I didn't know there were underlying problems in the bank (which by the way I suspected and therefore requested for interpretation of the net comprehensive income part..
Shame to those who can't tell this man that he is out of line due to blind loyalty... Still he continues to justify his baseless insulting post and some of you can't tell him it's wrong but keep looking for ways to justify him. Good luck to you all. Nothing else to say.. res ipsa loquitur

oh me. I am an auto spare parts dealer. I wanted to major in civil aviation but my parents refused. They said I must be either a doctor, lawyer, civil engineer or lecturer, but I said NO. Then they refused to sponsor my education, Then there was a friend of mine that sell auto spare parts, he encouraged me to join him, I hesitated at first but accepted, but now I am enjoying it. I will go back to school someday to study my dream course.

Tell me which company go employ am. na after e go begin find job wey mo dey exist. Abi u still dey think say the economy of the country dey flourish. Na when economy dey flourish wey white collar job dey plenty

So he shouldn't study hard to graduate with a good/solid grade abi

Are there no job opportunities for physics graduates

Is trying to compete in the Nigerian labour market for the few available jobs a stupid thing to do

Tell me the skills he should acquire so that he can get automatic success ticket or make it in life with less stress

Are you saying being an entrepreneur or skill acquisition is less work or "absolutely" better than getting a good paying job

Do you know what would become of the Nigerian economy in the next 5years when the Op will be out of school

The world is the way it is so don't encourage young and aspiring youths to shy away from hardwork and competition in the disguise of skill acquisition and entrepreneurship. If you or the Op do not deem it fit to be faithful with the immediate/short term goal (which is graduating from school with good grades) then I don't think bigger things like becoming an employer of labour/entrepreneur is really what you can handle.

@Op what you need now is a good grade that will make you competitive and give you a better edge in the labour market and if you feel you'll do better being an entrepreneur then studying hard in school while looking out for opportunities and needs to fill in your immediate society will go a long way in laying a good foundation for you.

There are General Knowledge courses u were taught in school ......like some kinda GNS or GSE (Entrepreneural skills) ......

Each company has a line of product or service ......therefore U must know and ascertain the line of service of your dream coy and the corporate objective of d coy under review ...............

Next, check your course modules in School and relate them with how such could help the company ...... Atleast,some knowledge of GNS/GSE should come up .......

It depend on your background sha ;

But modern Coy in General sense Usually need ;

1. Someone who can help mgt in making optimum decision ;

2.Someone who is profficient in Infotech.......... which u can acquired through ur school or other softwares ........

Atleast do this for ur interviewer ;

3.Descripe ur own personal objective,abilities,competence and any other skills ............ Don't forget to relate how such enumerated values can help in achieving the goals of the organisation ....

In summary:
a. We had a 3month training at NITT, Zaria which ended on Feb 09, 2013.
b. We were issued with appointment letters on March 01, 2013 at the HQ in Lagos.
At this point, some guys rejected the offer for reasons best known to them.
c. We were given brand new trucks in Lagos and work started in earnest.
d. Two months later (May), the mgt directed that anyone of us that wish to leave driving should apply for conversion.
At this point, those guys that rejected the offer at Lagos rushed back but the mgt rejected them.
e. Today (July 21), most of us that applied for conversion have been converted and deployed to various offices at Obajana while those that love driving are still doing it.
f. Never neglect anything.
g. Thank Aliko Dangote for me wherever you see him.

When the next round of application is open, many of those yeye graduates fumbling now would start rushing to apply
