What right does the Nigerian Police, Rivers State Command have to stop the Rivers Citizens from expressing their displeasure if they so wish? Are we in the Military Era?

The duty of the Police is to ensure violence free protest by seeing to it that both camps aviod any act that may breach public peace during the protest and not to warn that people should not protest.

As a Rivers son, am really ashamed the way we play politics in Rivers state. To much bitterness, enmities, violent killings and above all, a high level of sycophancy in our body polity. Politics has brought real enmities among friends and brothers in Rumuigbo and Rumuepirikom which is governor Wike's home town which is not good at all.

This story of Wike bribing the tribunal chairman went further to say that Wike awarded contract of car supplies to Rivers state govt toPindiga's son amounting to several millions. We are also hearing that Wike about to borrow another 10 billion naira again. Making it a total of 40 billion in 4 months if this becomes true. On his 100 days in office, Wike and his cronies celebrated his 100 days in office where they claimed that he has constructed 43 roads within this period. But they refused to tell us Rivers people where such roads exist. They equally didn't tell us how many kilometers such roads covered. We know roads are measured in kilometers. All we hear is Wike constructed 43 roads in 100 days in Rivers state where there is constant rain rain fall?

A source close to the president has secretly disclosed president Buhari's cabinet list sent to the security agencies for screening. The list will get to the floor of legislatures at next plenary. The list is full of surprises and disappointments to regular politicians as Buhari opted to work with familiar faces of his previous military administration and agencies. 1. It has 36 people, selected from 36 States of the federation. All states are represented.

We created a three man team to investigate the allegations of electoral malpractice,it was not true that elections didn't take place in majority of the state,it was not true that result sheets was manipulated.

There was no evidence of malpractice or photocopied result sheets and no substantial evidence to establish alterations.

When did Jega say that d election in Rivers state was credible? What Jega said in Akwa Ibom in Inec retreat after d election was this, that d election in Rivers state was not as bad as they are believe. But as a Rivers indigene, I stand here to say there was no election in Rivers state. Particularly in my ward in Obi/Akpor LGA. Nobody voted in ward 12 and 13. The whole of Rumuola, Rumuadaolu, Rumuokwuta, Mgbuoba, NTA road, Rumuigbo, Rumuomoi etc. Nobody voted on d governorship election because of what happened at d RAC center in Olanada opposite Rivcas (SBS). Materials where hijacked by the PDP and police led by Kala police DPO. Besides that, all d trained ad hoc staff of Inec were all withdrawn and were all replaced by PDP members including my own elder brother who is a core PDP member.
