If not, why didn't the Igbos give late Ojukwu such massive support when he contested under APGA? Instead they chose to support OBJ and d PDP. All d so called love d Igbos claimed to love South-south people and GEJ was just to pacify us towards forgetting the Atrocities they committed again us in d old eastern region. The Igbos love for south-south is like the love monkey has for banana. Everything is all about Oil. Short and simple. My people let's be wise and never play into d hands of those who never meant well to us.

That they must align with d govt at d center. Then he never knew GEJ lose. So as it is today, we cannot be in Opposition because Rivers state also align with d party at d center.

Now that the PDP have made an open confession of not being prepared for a defeat, they are equally and indirectly telling us that they are not even ready and prepared for to play and be a credible opposition party. This goes to show the truth in what Lai Mohammed has been saying about the PDP and its spokesman, Olisah Metu. Laid Mohammed said just last few days that Mr Olisah Metu, the PDP spokesman is untrainable after offering him a crash program on how to be a good spokesman for d the PDP which he Metu refused to accept. Mr Laid Mohammed went further to advice the PDP not to rely on Metu for their survival as a party again.

Wike's political life has all been killings, manipulation, greed, selfishness etc. For instance, Wike was elected Obio/Akpor council chairman for 8 years. At the expiration of his tenure, Wike altered the existing political arrangement of zoning in d local govt which he benefited from. Anybody that knows Obio/Akpor LGA well in Rivers state knows that Obio/Akpor is made up of 3 major clans of Evo, Apara and Akpor kingdoms of which power rotates among the 3 clans. But Wike finished his tenure and handed power to his kitchen brother Timothy Nsirim, thereby denying other clans from producing chairman during their turn. Wike as a Chief of Staff to Amaechi repeated the same thing by bringing somebody from his Rumuepirikom community to replace him as Chief of Staff b4 Rotimi Amaechi turned it down. Here we are again with Wike openly fighting Amaechi to realise his ambition as a governor thereby disregarding the Zoning Arrangement despite hue and cry from those from other zones.Everything fell on deaf ears. Wike should allow those whose time it is to produce the governor and stop being greedy

We Rivers people know better. Wike cannot be supported to get back to power because the position he is occupying as a governor today belongs to Rivers southeast senatorial zone. There is rotation in Rivers state that was why after Odili, power was shifted to d Ikwerres. Even when Amaechi's "K Leg" saga occurred, another Ikwerre man in d person of Celestine Omehia was asked to replace Amaechi even when Omehia did not participate in d PDP primary as at d time. If had not been zoned to d Ikkwerres, late senator Martins yellow who came second would have asked to step in instead of Omehia who didn't bought form or participated in d primary. Let's not deceive ourselves Wike is a very greedy person by nature. Wike did this same thing when he was Obio/Akpor council chairman. Despite the cries and plea from other clans that made up Ohio/ Akpor LGA like Evo, Apara and Akpor kingdoms for the chairmanship position to continue rotating among the 3 kingdoms as it has been, Wike refused and brought his own kitchen brother, Timothy Nsirim to takeover from him which angered other clans. Most people who comments on issues concerning Rivers state election just talk for talking sake. They don't know what happened in Rivers state b4, during and after d election. What we witnessed in Rivers state during d election was warfare. B4 d election, impunity reigned. APC and other political parties were barred by the power that be from campaigning, holding political rallies and meetings in so many towns, communities and local govts in Rivers state. People were brutally murdered, houses burnt, properties destroyed. In fact, Rivers people were living in real fear particularly those supporting APC in Rivers state. I was myself beaten up by some PDP supporters in d presence of my own elder brother who is a PDP supporter just for voting APC in my polling unit without my own brother intervening. Something I cant do to him despite our differences. This was how bad the politics in Rivers state got. Even Governor Wike's own brother Barrister Tasie Wike was shot at in his own community in Rumuepirikom for being an APC.In Rumuibo and Rumuepirikom, which is Governor Wike's community in Obio/Akpor LGA, friends parted ways, like in Rumuigbo and Rumuepirikom,If ur in PDP u dare not stay or parley with somebody from the opposing camp even if u both of u have been childhood friends. It was just d victory of Buhari that saved a lot of lives in Rivers state I swear. I condemn any kind of political violence whether from APC or the PDP.

The Igbo can only achieve Biafra on just one condition, which is to stop laying claim to States and territories that do not belong to them. Any day the Igbos looks at the 5 States in Igboland alone rather than looking at Delta, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Cross Rivers, Bayelsa etc. They will get Biafra the next day I mean it. The whole Rumuola, Rumuadaolu, Rumuomoi, Rumuibo, Rumukwuta, Mgbuoba/ NTA road etc. Election did not take place in those areas. Yet results were released in those wards in favour of Wike. People living in these mentioned areas in port Harcourt can attest to this. Abeg make we leave this Wike matter. Those of from Rivers state know what happened. The so called election in Rivers state is far from being called an election. It was a complete warfare in Rivers state.

Please not the same tribunal. The tribunals are different. The tribunal handling state house of Assembly election is different from d one handling House of Reps and senate and the same goes to the governorship too. Meanwhile, even those law makers whose victories were upheld in d tribunal may still loss at d appeal court. Eg Dawari George and co

As a Rivers man, I don't see d gain in Wike still fighting and blocking Amaechi's nomination. By d way we play politics in Nigeria, Rivers state has fallen to d opposition PDP. So if federal govt allocates more federal projects based on states that are core APC state, where will Rivers state be considering d fact that we didn't get anything from GEJ govt because of his quarrel with governor Amaechi then. Right now, the Amaexhi Which Wike is blocking his nomination is d surest way to attract one or two projects to Rivers state. Wike's quarrel with Amaechi is personal and not in best interest of Rivers people.
