Lol...... This is a story of a visitor who has not been invited to come to d dinning table to eat and he is already saying Thank u. We are not ready for now to have an Igbo President until when they are politically mature like d north, west and d south-south. Meanwhile there is no vacancy in Aso Rock in 2019 and beyond because Buhari is an 8 years project first of all.

How can a Biafran tell our own President what to do? Mr chukwuemeka Ezeife should concentrate on his separatist fight and leave our President alone. After all he is no longer a Nigerian.

The Igbos are causing more damage to themselves than they think. In 2006 national census in many eastern States but particularly in Anambra state where I witnessed this incidence. During that census exercise, many Igbos folks were brainwashed into believing that they are Biafrans and not Nigerians. They refused making themselves available for counting. But when the population figures were released on state by state level, the Igbos startef shouting and crying of bias against them. Census is for economic and national planning and not for Biafra bla bla bla... I witnessed this live in Fegge street in Upper Iweka in 2006 in Anambra state.

Those who died during d protest are all cult members. I don't think the police or Army killed any IPOB member.

Yes, I agree with u that election in Nigeria has become a warfare. Not just Nigeria but particularly in Niger delta where I come from. What is happening in Bayelsa state election is a child's play compared to what we physically experienced in d last election in Rivers state. Houses were burnt down, communities were sacked, many people were physically murdered. Some where beheaded in a broad day light. Yet none of d perpetuators of these inhumane crimes were brought to book by the powers that be then because they seems to be benefitting from d killings and bloodshed The Chidi Odinkalu's commission of inquiry set up by d previous administration in Rivers state was disregarded by a wave of hand by those who feel and think that nothing happened. This election madnes must stop in south-south.

Except for those who don't know. But for many of us down here in south-south, we know that the 2 major reasons why the Igbos want the people of south-south to be part of their separatists movement is; the oil and access to sea and port facilities to enable them continue their importation business. Check the whole of Igbos land they do not have access to the sea the way we South-south have. From Calabar straight to Edo even stretched to Ondo and Lagos states all these States have great access to the Atlantic Ocean. So that is the reason why the Igbos at all cost want the south-south people to be part of Biafra. They see it as whether we like it or not that we are Biafrans. If u doubt me, just engage on this Biafra disscusion with any Igbo man and tell d person ur a Rivers, Akwa Ibom person but ur not part of Biafra and see how he will insult u as if u have no right to say ur a nigerian. I encounter them here everyday in port harcourt. I challenge on d street, cab, football viewing centers etc. Some of which have made me their personal enemies. Yet they cant do anything to me because me i hold ground for my Area and zone. Not that the Igbos love us so much and the Hsusas and the Yorubas hates us so much as being painted by the Biafrans led by one Nnamdi Kanu of Radio Biafra. U don't know what ur talking about here. Go read books on Nigeria's political development and see the 12 ststes created by General Yakubu Gowon in 1967. There was nothing like States as it is today. What we had then was regions. Nigeria was structured into 3 zones of north, west and the east. It was after the Aburi Accord meeting btw Ojukwu and Gowon in Ghana that Gowon came back home to create 12 States in other to give the minority ethnic groups suffocating under the wicked claws of the Igbos in the old eastern region an identity and a sense of belonging. The minorities in the old eastern region where called Ogoja, calabar Rivers province.

There is nothing to review yet because the new electoral system is working well. What we need to review is our collective ways and means. To a Nigerian, political powers means everything because with it, the holder of such powers can decide who lives and who dies. Many political observers and watchers think that Jega, Buhari, Rotimi Amaechi, APC etc are the biggest political enemies that GEJ had and still have. But these are all lies. The greatest political enemies that GEJ had and still has is the " CARD READER AND THE PVC and its use in the last general election threw him out of power. Since then, anything election, Card Read and the PVC has not been welcomed by GEJ. Whenever he goes out to cast his vote, he always find way to discredit the use of Card Reader and the PVC. News will always carry it that Card Reader did not capture GEJ fingerprints bla bla bla.... They are all lies. Even the fingerprints of Kingkon will be captured how much more GEJ's fingerprints

It is on record that Timipreye Sylva had ruled Bayelsa state before. We all know that despite the enormous resources available to the state, he left the state in a despicable sorry state.

Not that Dickson is a good man, he may have performed better than Sylva.

It is also on record that Sylva has many corruption cases hanging on his neck, but the FG inline with her anti-corruption mantra, has turned deaf and dumb to all the charges.

The issue is that having seen the failure that Sylva was, why should the apc give him their mandate? Why doing all to impose him on Bayelsa? Does the apc mean well for Bayelsa or is it all about grabbing power and spitting GEJ? Do they not think about the development of Bayelsa? Look at Imo state how it is sufferring. The same would have been the faith of Anambra state but GOD saved her. Take a look at kogi state, is it all about power? Had Audu not ruled before? What did he achieve? Did he not siphon the state money? Is this the change?

This is how we the south-south people usually do our own election. Election of guns, knives, dynamites and all manners of weapons are freely used instead voters cards. During d last general election, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Edo Cross Rivers and Rivers state all recorded high political killings with my own state, Rivers state with the highest killings. This is how they collectively failed GEJ. Even if GEJ don't deserve to win again. They shoot guns, explodes dynamites, butcher fellow states men and women with knives thereby scaring voters away. While in other zones like the north and west, they encourage their people to come out to cast their votes. They frown at those who seat at home on election day.let's change our election mentality in south-south. It is never a do or die affairs. Election is not war. May his soul rest in peace.

This is Tony princewill and what he does. every election he will deceive himself like a serious minded politician. He will make all d noise on d pages of newspapers and other media. I hereby submit that igbos should jestine their struggle and wait till the niger deltal oils is exhausted then at such time the south west and northern nigeria will be willing to let igbos go and form their nation alone. As at present the South South generates 80 percent of oil revenue for the nation. MY people, the ethnic majorities in the old Eastern region have nothing in common with the Igbos other than living in the same region then.The same way they carved out south-south was equally the way they carved out Eastern region then. Have we asked ourselves how Northern, Eastern and Western all came about? Nigeria was divided into 3 regions then for administrative convenience. Apart from the Igbos, no other region that still lay strong claims of ownership of another region the way the Igbos does to south-south as if the Edo's and Deltas of today didn't come from the old Western region. The Igbo's have even layed claim to a place that never existed in the old Eastern region. As it is today, whether anybody likes it or not. Nigeria is a country of six regions which each of them can stand as a country on their own

Let's be sincere here with ourselves, in the 16 years of PDP government in Nigeria the only position Igbos did not hold was just the presidency. We have had about five senate presidents, Deputy senate president, Deputy Speaker, the Army Chief, Immigration Boss, the Prison Boss, Central Bank Governor, Ministers in key ministries of power, finance, education, petroleum and health etc. What has Igboland got to show for these positions other than installation of one Chieftaincy title or the other? Let me ask again; as much as the majority of our complaints are genuine, are we not part of our problems?

When a govt constructs a 1 or 2 kilometers road in Bayelsa state the commissioning always turns and results to a party and funfair where they will celebrate and dance till dawn why? Bayelsa state has so much money but with little development. Bayelsa has been one of d most unfortunate states in terms of those governing them including GEJ who was once their governor.
