What is Dos Santos? Mesticos have a lot of power, but its a misconception their country is controlled by a "mulatto elite."
The US is Angola's second largest importer after China, I think they are important. A lot of oil from Indonesia goes to America too. my original state was a country who is culturally and religous homogeneous. None of the above countries you mentioned above are. |

What about ojukwu who was bed mates with abacha? And i say this because MANY igbos feel that he is their leader, so when the people exault him as their leader, that generally shows their consensus. ______________________________________________________________________________ If Yorubas are the problem why dont they just exit and leave Igbos and Hausas together? sounds simple to me and it favors the igbo presidency and more Oil money for them to share. They have always been partners from Zik and Balewa, Ojukuwu and Abacha, Shehu and Alex, Orjis personal dealings with northers etc, |

blackspade: If you look throughout history going back to ancient Egypt, it is well documented that multiethnic/multicultural/multiracial/etc societies inevitably fail. In my honest opinion, I think this will be true for Nigeria. you are 100% correct ,but when has the British or America ever wanted any country to succeed besides their own? They favor diverse countries aside from their own because its easier to infiltrate and have opposing opinions which they call a democracy, most culturally and religous homogeneous 3rd world countries become socialist or have communist ideals. |

blacksta: “I am happy to tell you that, right now, Nigeria, as an entity, has collapsed. The United States of America, through its intelligence agency called Africom, has predicted that Nigeria would collapse before 2013. The USA is expected to send 20,000 soldiers to Biafraland (Gulf of Guinea) and the Niger Delta region to safeguard America’s oil interest and the people of Biafra from any possible attack by the Nigerian government. The first batch is already in the Niger Delta and Eastern part of Nigeria,” he said. Lol Ghana has every right to, if they want. I used to think this Ecowas thing is nonsense. Ghana will surely see the repercussion of their actions. Right now they are adopting Western way of thinking IN AFRICA, the result will always be bad. The Western world made their policies for the benefit of oyibos not africans. Ghana is already in debt wey pass Nigerias own, and they are Heavily Indebted Poor Country. What exactly does ghana produce that any other country in west Africa doesnt? They will be cutting themselves off more than any country.

tpia.: i hope you know the Catholic faith also encourages large family structure, in addition to discouraging abortion. link=topic=333388.msg4688849#msg4688849 date=1254955852: Catholic countries have Europe's lowest birth rates: Britain's population set to rise as women have children later in life BIRTH RATES in some of the richest countries of north-west Europe have risen in the 1990s after two decades of decline, writes Steve Connor. By contrast, poorer countries in southern Europe, often Roman Catholic and thought to have traditions of large families, now have the lowest birth rates.
By contrast, birth rates in southern Europe have fallen rapidly since about 1980, he said. 'We are now in the bizarre position where Catholic Spain and Catholic Italy are vying for position as the lowest birth rate country.'
Even Catholic Ireland has experienced a remarkable fall in birth rates in recent years.
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/catholic-countries-have-europes-lowest-birth-rates-britains-population-set-to-rise-as-women-have-children-later-in-life-1386740.html mind you the population in NW europe(Britain) is also due to immigrants esp from africa. as long as Nigeria exists, all christian folks or tribes will become marginlized, the igbo even faster because of almost all of them are christians and anti polygamists. |
Politics › Re: Imagine This:senator Laments Low Birth Rate Among Ndigbo by sjeezy8: 9:20pm On Oct 07, 2009 |
The man is 100% correct, I said it in another thread that a WHOLE tribe that is mostly monogamous in a 60-70% polygamous populated country will sooner or later be marginilized. In a country where ethnicity still plays the biggest role in politics one will HAVE to start populating more. The sign of higher education and better quality of living, come with the expense of a 0% birth rate for a paricular region, country or ethnicity. White people in America arent populating anymore its the immigrants, to the point many whites feel, they might become the minority in the future. How ironic lol In Europe which has the highest literacy rate and quality of living there population is aging rapidly and they are worried about immigration esp from non european countries. link=topic=333388.msg4677304#msg4677304 date=1254832191: Europe, East and West, wrestles with falling birthrates - Europe - International Herald Tribune The number of elderly already exceeds the number of young people in many countries, and the European Union's executive arm, alarmed by the trend, estimates that the bloc will have a shortfall of 20 million workers by 2030 if the low birthrates persist.
Immigration from non-European countries, already highly contentious across the EU, would not be sufficient to fill the gap even if Europe's relatively homogenous countries were willing to embrace millions of foreign newcomers, experts say.
"You just can't integrate so many people," said Katharina von Schnurbein, the EU spokeswoman for employment and social affairs. "It is a very sensitive issue." http://www.nytimes.com/2006/09/03/world/europe/03iht-birth.2683302.html Which could also be why many are trying to tighten immigration laws for those from 3rd world countries esp Africa. Igbos have the highest rate of middle class in their population no doubt, but population wise it could mean they are no longer populating as much as other ethnicities. Reasons could be the males aren't prone to marrying outside tribe, or the males aren't polygamus as they used to be etc . . . . . . |
