hello,it is so clear that you are a black man .we are good at condeming ,when it come to correcting others. However,if it was a white man he will praise her for the job well done to motivate her and not to lower her self esteem but will advice her further by telling her to develop more in her conjunction and so on and the reason for such words that it will make her work more professional since she is a mass com student.
