I also have this problem my neighbor is an hacker he has access to my phone account balance, my WhatsApp messages, To the extent that the idiot and his wife complain the way I spend my money that I spend money everyday He kept on complaining about my finance They monitor my account balance even The salary I receive ,where I am at any point in time I notice this that some time my phone will just go to camera without pressing it I ask my self what is the main purpose for his actions but I just notice he is a gossip and this Igbo guy that want to know what is happing in every house hold I was depress but I had to come out of it when I got married because it is not funny when someone monitor your finance and make mockery of you with others They meet every night that I had to close my windows because sometime when they laugh I usually feel they are referring to me I have visited my bank severally but they kept on saying that it is not possible I have also visited mtn yet no result I changed my phone from android to iPhones , I changed my alert number with my bank I had them complained and before you no it they entered again How did I know he has a group of friend that he discuss it with and they usually I have not gotten a good evidence to sue him but I am trying to gather some yoruba witness but they like to get such information from him . This is really crazy . |

That is the way they behave every where A land lord rented a two bedroom apartment to one of them at a cheap rate in a popular area for 120,000 yet he still called the landlord to make repairs before he will pay him.
