I also heard the news. Its really serious... people are heartless! this country situation as turned alot of people to man-eater. What could this lil boy have done? He never changed his word even to the point of death and people failed to listen.

I heard his mother sent him parking cos he "wet-house" (he dey pis for house) and he was trying to use the 50naira on him to buy pure water bag so he can sell with his brothers' b4 he came accross unfortunate death.

I also heard he ran to the nearby police post but he wasnt attended to (I dont believe dat anyway) . Even if he didnt run to the police station where were the Police? The event took close to 30mins b4 he was burnt and no police came around.

Nairaland GeneralRe: We Do Not Condone Violence In Any Form by skima(m): 10:46am On Oct 17, 2005
@Hot-angel Peace could be every where if u believe it could... and at the same time working towards making it be.

I guess you have never faced a situation where there is no peace when" killing, human right abuse, raping, etc are legalised"(time of conflict).

babe its real oo .. let work towards making peace be everywhere... cos Our God is of peace.

Good Luck and always Think Big.
Nairaland GeneralRe: We Do Not Condone Violence In Any Form by skima(m): 10:38am On Oct 17, 2005
I dont support violence in any form it present it self... cos U only no how it starts and no one can guess wat will happen at the end. So if u are violence-minded... I advice u to turn a new leave.

How will you feel if everything is peaceful with u?

As for me, beating female is just not wat I like and I will never advice any1 to do so... they are fragile and they should be given the respect.

And you guys that likes beating female ... go and listen to R.kelly "Heart of a woman"

As said in my earlier post b4 the last one...
I mean You change urs, I change mine and so for everyone one.. its gonna be solved cos WE are the community.

To have discussed this issue means that there will surely be a solution to this problem. So we all have a stake lets start little by little..(well its started already) and Nigeria will be good!

U guys are talking about Lagos... do u mean Eko Idumota..or Mushin..Ajegunle ...ojuelegba?
Wat about Ikeja? if not for the air polution that happend recently. Lagos safe ooo. If u do not steal or go to some bad areas you are safe. i was born raise and still live in Lagos(ikeja).

so if u say you wont survive lagos 2 weeks... (man before a week what u expect will happen).

Not too bad... no terrorism no bomb blast no tsunami.. no hurricane

Nairaland GeneralRe: What One Thing Would You Change About Nigeria? by skima(m): 10:24am On Oct 15, 2005
If i understand this thread it means "what to change about nigerians" . Though its very good to pursue education to eradicate this corruption; but i would say... its 30% way to solving the problem.

Recently a professor was arrested over corruption. hun? Didnt this man educated enough? I think he should know all laws or science and the likes. But he failed morally.

If we can improve our moral standard... change our think and our personality will change... because he makes up the entity. So, as I said earlier... personal development matters... what I will offer is personal development to help as much as possibile to help people develop their thinking and believe in themselves.

What else will I do for Nigeria.....? huh

I still can't imagine their present in the country. They sell substandard products, make our local product less purchased.

Our govt only collected money with any consideration on the already local market.(especial clothing and texile).

Nairaland GeneralRe: What One Thing Would You Change About Nigeria? by skima(m): 8:57am On Oct 11, 2005
The best way to change the whole is to change yourself (that is your thinking). It will be a strenous task try to change some1 else.

If we can change then inevitably our community will be affected.

Think Big.
Gr8 Nigerians.
Nairaland GeneralRe: What One Thing Would You Change About Nigeria? by skima(m): 8:54am On Oct 11, 2005
What i think should be done is for US to change (i mean the youth). Cos no abortion after the baby has been born but there still more to do to the one inside. You can teach your baby right from the womb, so i think if the youth could change then all will change. We have tomorow, if we are corrupt then it will last Eternity.

"Any behaviour eighter good or bad that finds its way into the heart of the youth in any given community, it will surely get to other age grade"
