I have an addiction. MASTURBATION.

Try and reduce it to once per day and then reduce it to once per week and move to once per month that's the only way you can minimised it and from there you will take your mind off it gradually, try eat fruits and drink more water as per your PE shit......just minimize it but you can't just stop it at once....yours is just too extreme...your a chronic masturbator.
