You will be able to open the US account
You will not be able to link it to payoneer card.
Your first funds received will go to pending or hold.
If you beat all odds, after 3k transaction US paypal will require USA SSN
When you receive money you cannot withdraw directly to naija bank or card, you have to spend or sell to exchangers
You might forget oneday and login without vpn, you know what happens next document verification

3. Use textplus apk to verify that account.

I have this girl whom I have dated for 2years then in my finals and she was in her final year too.
