Applying from U.K. will require a valid residence permit and in his case, got a Tier 4 Brp. So he cannot pretend. Even if he applies from Nigeria, he’s already on their system and it will raise red flags. He’s current university will also inform home office about his current status in regards to visa sponsorship.

So yeah the best scenario is to rectify the misconduct situation and move along with completion of the programme. Except there’s something else he hasn’t mentioned. I know someone that has been in this situation and he tried doing the same thing (switching schools) but to no avail.

1. The answer you seek is in your school. What did they tel you? Speak with the Student Inion reps too, they might help.

2. Can’t you see that your plan has been affected by the academic misconduct accusation? Why not clear your name first?

3. Problem is, you have an MSc that is still ‘hanging’. This second masters you want to do, will you state that you already have one masters? Can you explain why you cannot tender the certificate of completion?
Or do you just want to apply and pretend that you don’t have a maters on-going?


If I was you, I will channel all my energy towards rectifying the academic misconduct accusation first. If it’s to re-take the module . If it’s to re-write it within the validity period of your current visa. Go for it.

I went back to meet the doctor immediately I was given the certificate so he can explain or if there's anything I need to do maybe treat myself and come back for the test again but he told me not bother myself that I should check the referral letter form that he wrote something there and I don't have to be worried about it

Yes you’re correct.
Tesla traders are always quick to sell when there’s any slight profit. It will take a while before it will be around that $2000 level. That’s what I’ve come to understand

If you hit your target price of $1,700 and sell, you are never wrong even if it goes past it after you sell.

That said, on the back of a good result for a stock that enjoys public sentiment as Tesla, you may wanna watch to ride higher than $1,700 before selling at a peak to return at a dip as planned.
Either way, it's a win/win.

To be honest, you’re more likely to be offered a foundation entry than direct year one entry. Most unis accept about 5 years old at least. Yours being 8 years could illustrate that you’ve been out of college for a while & you need to start from the basics.

Anyway like @hosey said, you should apply and see where it goes. Usually if the university accepts your credentials, then you’re good to go proceed for visa. You should enquire directly with the universities and be sure.

It all started last year when I applied for a UK visa paid #1m and to pay another million naira when the visa is out but by March of this year the pandemic started and knowing fully well the probability of the pandemic extending for long time I requested for a withdrawal of my visa I was told I am not going to get my full money I was paid 700k and I had 800k in savings.
My problem now is after receiving that money in march this year I currently have spent #650k from family problems and personal issues and as the pandemic has left me out of work I only feed from this money I now have this fear if things continue like this I wount have a dime by next year my house rent would expire next year February and that's a 300k problem on me.
Please follow Nairalanders how can I invest this money of 800k knowing I have no job for now and would need to feed.
Please matured advise only.

Only good thing about gumtree is that you can get something for very cheap if you bargain well. I got an unlocked iPhone 7 Plus 256gb (when it newly came out) for 400 quid & I’m not kidding. Apparently the guy needed quick cash & the phone was a contract upgrade from 3 network.
In terms of renting, you can bargain & even get a room that requires no deposit.

Firstly i don't know if it possible based on my Agriculture undergraduate background, and if so is there still opportunity to make application to some universities with moderate Tuition fee for September intake.
