A friend have a tenant occupying a room and parlour self contain in shagamu Ogun state. His rent has expired early this may and he refused to quit after servicing him 6months notice from 1st of December . His activities have made the community keep complaining to me often. He owes utility arrears . He locked up the building till this moment. Advice on the next move. He has refused to adhere to agreement dos & don't.

So many adverts on both;good interior,flashy body,first body ,well baked,direct tokunbo, foreign used,three months used,7months used,packed and little usage,reset millage in display,shining Engine etc. But I have heard little or no accidental both 9ja or foreign used.
After buying,one will see that the car bend one side while on the move.

Because at last, the car buyer will continue the usage and detecting any other faults with little or no help of Agents or mechanic
