I have never believed that Iwu is the cause of rigged elections. He did not invent ballot snatching. The only thing he does is announce results which might have been altered before getting to him. The power-drunk politicians are our main electoral headache. If they deploy thugs, snatch ballot boxes (thereby altering the results), how do you expect Iwu to find out and announce otherwise when the security personnel proved inefficient? Let us think twice before criticizing Iwu.
