I've long known about the correlation between sleep, materasses and beds. When I grew up on army bunk beds. Headaches and back pain were excruciating. Took volateren, lots of panadols etc, mostly prescription pills. Then I started experimenting on myself. When I slept on the bare floor I had relief, when I resumed my bed it was back to square one. So I ditched the bed. Another problem on the ground was it uncomfortable but performs a hard reset. To solve that, I took my 6" foam to the ground and I slept like a baby. I got into boarding school and I refused to sleep on the army bunk bed. When sleeping on the floor became an issue, I looked for something hard to place between the bed and the foam. Everyone in school copied my style then. I didn't know people were watching me.
Now, I research on everything I use. I mean everything. Not all orthopaedic beds are good. To enjoy a good night rest, your bed must have a combination of these
1. Memory foam(very soft top layer)
2. Latex( Made from rubber, degrades over time especially if body liquids sip into the foam)
3. Internal springs(for support)

Get someone to sew a covering over your mattresses. These stop body fluids gaining access to the foam. There are soft felts you lay over your mattresses after sewing your covering before laying bedsheets. Now this is the perfect setup. You sleep like a baby after this setup. Only thing I change every year is my pillow. These new pillows, when you wash them, they loose comfort. Nothing like a spongy pillow, that's the climax of good sleep.

No need to be alarmed. You just need to get some serious pedicure done. I'll list the items you'll need to treat that condition.

1. Pedicure Sea salt
2. Pedicure Set especially the stainless steel scrub
3. Kormesic Foot Care Cream.

Boil water to a temperature you can endure, add the sea salt and immerse both feet in it for 10mins. This will soften up your feet for exfoliation. Use the steel scrub to aggressively scrub off dead skin.
once you are done with both feet, apply the kormesic foot care cream. This should stop after about the 3rd or fourth repetition over 2 months

I just knew it will be nexus freezer. They are bad news. I'll advice you to return it and get LG, thermocool or hisense.

When I was in Ife there were women who came to sell close to the entrance of Angola then. It was cheap and an easy way of getting a full nutrient packed meal

All you did then was to buy the bread(small loaves about burger sized loaves but in bread like shape). You split it in two but not all the way. Open it up and tuck in all moi moi or Akara. Close it up and munch with a bottle of coke. 😂

It's quite obvious that you are unfamiliar with CNG. If you convert to CNG, you can still run on fuel. CNG finishes then you switch to fuel. Secondly CNG isn't as combustible as LPG. It's natural gas that has a far lower combustion rate to petrol. Gasoline has a higher combustion rate than CNG. CNG tanks are extra strong.

I had 3 Keke's that I did hire purchase with the purchasees for. They all complained bitterly about maintenance cost. Although they loved overloading frequently on market days.
If you want my advice, I'll say go for a korope(minibus). Go for an old model and manual drive. ROIs are much higher, maintenance cost lower and far less stressful. Your take off capital is enough for a hire purchase agreement with the purchaser.
