Why not invest half of the money in properties or gold that will appreciate in value instead in a car that will depreciate within few years.

The price of gold is at all time high at $1,975 and will surely continue to go up as the world economy is going through recession.
And you really think man that can splash 85m on a big toy doesn't have investment worth 100s of millions?..... Baba na you need this advice pass him

Ova i live in pH too. Truth is bitter
For how long.... I lived in trans Amadi as a kid... It was so peaceful... The expatriates lived amongst us. Americans go to work daily on mountain bikes, chilled in local restaurants and bars, no police protection cause there was no need for that. You see them in the zoo, markets they mix nicely with locals and there was peace. But years of neglect + increasing number of unemployment led to breakdown of law and order then chaos and more. Yes I blame rivers people too but Nigeria failed them big time as it has failed other.

Nigeria did not ruin Rivers state. The indigenes were kidnaping and causing problems for those companies so they left. Same thing with warri. Gra gra no dy pay.
Dude you know nothing.... Visit some oil producing communities and see for yourself.... Neglect led to militancy. I ve lived in ph all my life so I know what it used to look like... Nigeria ruined it.

Hopebringer:
Wow this is amazing

I guess imo state government learned from the mistakes of other oil states and kept militants and kidnappers away from their state .

Those guys ruined Rivers state, so as long as Imo state can continue to keep the expatriates in their state safe ,the GDP will continue to rise

Congratulations to them
Nigeria ruined river state and the entire South south
Politics › Re: Amaechi Sold Nigeria While Our Youths Watched Big Brother Brother Nigeria!!! by slowice(m): 6:29am On Aug 01, 2020
So for your mind na big brother dey prevent our youths from acting.... Before bbn what ve we all been doing? This country lost its way long ago. Some of us screaming bbn at every opportunity re the people that voted in the calamity we ve today as president and still spoiling to bring in another known calamity simply because of tribal leanings.

Leave bbn out of the mess we created.... That's a stupid excuse to give.

We ve been consistently beaten down over the years and are now scared to act when it matters... The only chance we had to grow our confidence again we threw it out of the window because we failed to see the importance of having a president that listens so we sacrificed the opportunity on the alter of propaganda, tribalism and religion.

Pls don't ever mention bbn again

Someone will actually read this and believe that they are doing something significant.... They are mere actors in this movie and don't determine how the movie plays out...... The directors and producers are the ones that calls the shots and they don't give a damn. Their will will always be done and no smooth talking actor can twart it no matter how accomplished or brilliant they are.

We the helpless spectators are either noise makers, cheer leaders or frustrated fans... We actually should determine the direction of the movie but we are docile and helpless.until we get sense nothing will change.
Politics › Re: Senate Asks Service Chiefs To Resign by slowice(m): 6:49pm On Jul 21, 2020
Arrewa:
I'm not a fan of Buratai or a fan of Buhari!!

But I must commend this government in the fight against Bokoharam in the north East.

Before 2015 Bokoharam were strong and well equipped that no northern state is safe.

Kano was not safe... Bombing here and there!!

Kaduna, Gombe, bauchi, Sokoto, Kebbi,Adamawa, And Yobe were not safe...bomb was killing people here and there!!

They take over local governments and take full control... Displacing and bombing people in large number... There's no week we don't hear of Bokoharam attack in the north.

Even Borno the headquarter of Bokoharam is now almost free if not some villages which are soft targets

Today Bokoharam only have the capacity to attack Borno villages that are close the forest.

We northerners know that things are now better compare how it was before.

The only problem I have the with this government is their poor stragies in the fight against bandit in kastina, Zamfara and southern kaduna.

We only want BUHARI's government to do more!

Bandits in zamfara and kastina should be given same attention that was given to Bokoharam stop underestimating them...

We need more action and change of outdated strategies!
Pesin wey nor sabi read English go think say you type sense with this your epistle...... Typing rubbish with confidence. Your case is indeed different
