We have a serious

Sorry I mean very very very very very very very serious problem in this country

It takes a young white lady to show us that homicides are being committed against innocent young kids in Akwa Ibom. That state has a governor, senators, house of rep members, clergymen, celebrities, influential figures etc. None of them could find a way to eradicate this eyesore practice of tagging a child as witch and lynching them.

Wow! There's big problem in this country

We all know things have gone horribly wrong in the last 3 decades, but what's our generation doing with the vast amount of knowledge we have now? Complain, support the same set politicians that put us in this predicament, lament without proffering solution, abuse other tribes, waste valuable time on social media on subject with absolute no national interest, joke about serious issues, get involved in get rich quick scheme, continue suffering and smiling etc.

Everybody is feeling emotional on this thread about how the aviation sector in Nigeria is abysmal. How could a country of almost 200 million people, the most populous black country in the world, the country with one of the most travelled citizens in the world not have a national carrier? If you ask Nigeria youth what they think the solution is, they start flexing muscle on which tribe is better than which, or start singing praises of the same politicians that ruined everything.

Until Nigeria youth start thinking of how to make this country great by their actions, we will continue crying, and things will continue to get worse.

What a shame for the youth

They have become so unproductive that what they bother themselves with is if one criminal is from this tribe or that tribe. They have adjusted to the hardship they are facing, and they probably believe it is a normal thing to be in experiencing the sufferness

These people are sick in the head.

My heart goes to the victims. Knowing that Coptic Christians have been in Egypt for over 600 years before Islam entered Egypt makes one feel so sick for this carnage.

How in the world do you think you have to massacre others to get salvation. These people are just psychos

Islam is not a bad religion, but some muslims are very terrible, and the religion needs a significant reformation to keep up with 21st century

Until Northern elites come out to talk about how to eradicate this Almajiri system, North will continue to lag behind in development.

I'm surprised many educated Northerners are conspicuously quiet on this epidemic Almajiri system. This is 21st century, and Almajiri needs to be totally eradicated

And oga, what I'm saying is that do the majority of those people have lighter skin tones? They are like the Igbos. And they're predominantly black.

They are nothing like the Egyptians. The Ancient Egyptians are mixed, because they had completely black Egyptians that could pass as sub-Saharan black people, as well as very light-skinned people that could pass as Arabs. That's the definition of a mixed race.

The KhoiSan people are not mixed, none of them can pass as light-skinned Arabs. They're predominantly black.

In all of Sub-Sahara Africa, you can only identify the KhoiSan and Igbos as predominantly black people with a decent percentage of their people having lighter skin tones. In North Africa, the majority of peoples there are mixed race. From the ancient Libyans to the ancient Nubians. The Ancient Nubian people had more dark people in their population than the Libyans for example, but it doesn't make them black Africans. They're mixed. And they're nothing like sub-Saharan Black Africans.

I showed you a painting of Egyptians depicting themselves and Nubians as mixed people. You conveniently ignored that one.

-Lord

The Sumerians are not mixed
The Hittites are not mixed
The Chinese are not mixed
The Phoenicians are not mixed
The Romans are not mixed
The Assyrians are not mixed
The Vikings are not mixed
The Greeks are not mixed
The people of Indus Valley civilization are not mixed
The Mayans are not mixed
The Incans are not mixed
The Celts are not mixed
The Gauls are not mixed
The Aztecs are not mixed

But when it comes to ancient civilization from Africa, they have to be mixed. How can negros be so smart to build pyramids and have advancement in almost all facets of life?

Guess what? Since Caucasians came up with the one drop rule, then Egyptians are black either mixed or not. Plain and simple

Would you call those people you are showing white people? Are they not black people?

The person holding that baby is the person white or black? Or in Nigeria here, you haven't seen lighter-skinned babies become darker later?

Go to this page -- http://blackgirllonghair.com/2015/08/10-beautiful-images-of-the-san-people-of-southern-africa-from-whom-all-modern-humans-descended/, do the predominant people in those pictures look white to you?

Abi you guys are now looking for anything that is closer to white in Africa and want to praise it as revolutionary. Talk about inferiority complex.

-Lord

I never said the Khoisan are white people, all I said was there were indigenous African people like the Khoisans that have lighter skin complexion
The argument started when you said ancient Egyptian are mixed race and not real Africans because of their skin tone, then I showed you indigenous Africans with light skin tone. Nobody is telling you they want something close to white

You are already over your head.

The Khoisan people are not light-skinned. They are predominantly black. Don't fool yourself. The KhoiSan is a unifying term for two groups, the Khoi and the San. Read about them here -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khoisan.

Sub-Saharan people are different from North African people. Stop cherry picking pictures that suit your narrative and leave the ones that don't.

Look that a painting on King Seti's tomb:

Can you note the gradation in skin color?

-Lord

Do you say Khoisan are not light skinned people?

I guess the pics below say different

Are you so sure about the bolded. The Igbos claim to have migrated from Israel (at least that's what they say). Europeans visited South Africa.

Skin color has everything to do with it. It's all about the dominant color. Among the Yorubas, Hausas, Binis, the dominant skin color is black. Among sub-Saharan people, the dominant skin color is black. Lighter skinned people are in the minority.

And because majority of the people taken abroad for slavery were from Western, Central and Eastern Africa, the vast majority of slaves in the New World were blacks.

So, you can't say Black is a spectrum and White is not a spectrum. The color of skin is a spectrum everywhere, but what we talk about the dominating skin color. Egypt is like India, the skin color is a spectrum between white and black. In North Africa, especially with the close proximity to black-dominating sub-Saharan African peoples, the composition of different skin tones is so varied that the only right way to call them is mixed.

That's why North Africans say they're different from predominantly black sub-Saharan Africans and are also different from the predominantly light-skinned Arabs.

North Africans are only Africans in geography. That's why I've been sounding it from my very first post. Black sub-Saharan Africa.

Don't carry your inferiority complex to join North Africa. Those people don't care about their skin color. They're know they're mixed. They've always been mixed.

For example is Israel Europe or Middle East? Is Kazakhstan Europe or Asia?

Egypt is not sub-Saharan Africa. Period!

-Lord

I know you will come up with the usual sub saharan African mumbo jumbo. I'm very sure you're non-black, and everytime you see something that pertain to black greatness, you go crazy. Sub saharan Africa is a term coined by the white to divide Africa for their selfish interest. You claim North Africans are mixed but evidences show that the original inhabitants of ancient Egypt are black people (the Kemets). As much as you guys have twisted history, there are many things you can't hide forever such as the original Egyptians are 100% black africans. The Arabs of North Africa are immigrants that committed genocide against the original black inhabitants of the land. We will get to that issue eventually but first we black people need to get our sh.it right first
The fact that you claim that sub saharan African are predominantly black shows that you don't know what you're saying. I guess the light skinned Khoisan people of Southern Africa are also mixed race undecided.

It's like when some ignorant white people call Africa like it's one country.

Use clear language.

Black Africans did not rule Europe. Say they ruled Spain and Portugal. Europe is bigger than Spain and Portugal.
