Off course I'm aware of that, My cousin bro studied in Glasgow and i know how much was spent but I will try as much as possible not to be sentimental here...U don't expect the children of the President or a once retired General to school in Nigeria

There is nothing strange in that statement. Election in Nigeria is a question of who rigs better. PDP had been winning because they rigged better. APC won last time out because they perfected better ways of rigging. So whoever ways should be given the award for best rigger
