Family / Re: Advice : I Care For My Wife But Love Another Woman by smada13(m): 7:30am On May 01, 2017
Op I'm sorry, you are stupid! A very stupid man and a coward at that! All because of a stupid lady that know you are married and decided to have a fling with you and later got her senses back, you want to leave your family for her? You are stupid and silly! Why did you go into marriage when you know you can't stay? How do you think your wife will feel if she gets to know why you suddenly changed? And your kids?, you want to make heir life miserable cuz of your selfish attitude? And you even have the mind to go see a counselor with half information?

But why are men like this? Don't even say you care for your wife cuz if you truly do, you won't think of the rubbish. I won't advice you not to go ahead with what is in your head but I massively pray that your wife will have the strength and courage to bear it. But I bet you, that miserable life you are looking for will visit you in hundred fold!

But I pray for you that God will remove that cloak the devil has put in your eyes to render you useless.

Business / Re: How Do I Get My Money Back From A Micro Finance Bank? by smada13(m): 11:44pm On Apr 24, 2017
This is what you'll have to do...

Go to any of their branch or main office tomorrow and check if they have NDIC sticker on their door or anywhere... If they have, your money is safe, you just have to report to NDIC, if they don't (which I doubt they will considering what you just said)... Console yourself and move on cuz you have been scammed! The managerial staff and heads are all groups of scammers the field officers are just pawns used to achieve their aims.

Take heart bro.

Thank you very much for your suggestions guys.. I'm very grateful atleast we have an idea of what to do now. We've been dying in silence all through.

Indeed a closed mouth is a closed destiny I tell you

I doubt she has a record of the agreement sef because it was the colleague that arranged for tenants of his kind undecidedBut renovating the house hence taking off the roof is a great idea. I'd show he this thread tomorrow and we take it from there. I'm honored smiley

See ehn, I'm a tenant myself n that is Wat I advised my aged landlady to do. We got carpenters to remove the roof even mine to pretend d landlady wants to renovate and I preached same to the silly tenants, in less than a week they moved out and mama fixed my roof n doors back. With an extra 20k for job done. It works like fire. Just tell ur friend's mum to forget d lawyer n caretaker, those tenants might v settled them as they too are looking for money. If anyone of them gets police after the act, which ever way, the woman will win, that I can assure you cuz the agreements will serve as strong evidence "exhibit" against the tenants. I'm expecting the great news about the outcome soon.

I wish they had responsible jobs like the majority of the populace but if they are going to rob I'll rather them rob banks that are insured as opposed to hapless private citizens.

Kudos to the robbers for not harming innocent victims. The banks insurance will replenish lost funds and properties.

Business / Re: Bureau De Change Operators React To Elimination Of Parallel Market by smada13(m): 10:46am On Dec 23, 2016
greenermodels:
bureau de change is the parallel or black market. Nigeria adopted a two tier exchange rate after buhari military regime was kicked out. during his regime, possession of foreign currency carries heavy penalty including death and the result was serious dollar scarcity. a two tier exchange rate means that there must exist a parallel market in order for the exchange rate to be determined by market forces.

But the operators are the ones determining the price now. The understanding of OLIGOPOLY market will suffice. They started with creating artificial scarcity to push up the exchange rate of the dollar to the Naira...... The banks seeing this occasionally push their dollar to them to make more profit. That was the beginning of the decline of this economy

I guess you are just defending inept government;since I was born black market has always exist and the exchange difference has NEVER been as high as this. It shows something is wrong somewhere.

I don't have to defend any government as I'm not part of them, my job have to do with providing financial services for business people especially on the island (lagos), businesses started taking a downward slope since the month I mentioned and the last government compounded it together with the pipeline bombings. I still maintain my position that the bureau de change guys are the problem of our economy, knowing those that run that section, it's only a northerner that can break that change, which is why I'm thumbing up the decision of this government.

Oildichotomy:
Don't you just like this government?
•GEJ damaged the economy
•Low Oil prices damaged the economy
•Niger Delta Militants damaged the economy
•Lack of Forex damaged the economy
•High cost of manufacturing damaged the economy
•Now Black market damaged the economy

The excuse and blame list from Buhari and his noise makers is growing in leaps and bounds except themselves of course,

I have a radical advice for them, they should all resign and allow the country to auto-pilot itself, not that any Nigerian is feeling the government effect anyways!

Had it been you have a full understanding of the Nigerian export n import business environment, you won't have written this cuz Kemi was actually right. The first problem Nigeria faced came from the black market, forcing the exchange rate of dollars indiscriminately through the creation of artificial scarcity so as to make exorbitant gains, and some commercial banks toed that line, offering to sell dollar to bureau de change operators instead of business people cuz of the gains they want to make.

And since that month of September 2014, the economy hasn't recovered.... All other problems compounded the debacle.

Think through before you criticize. Thanks

What if Igbos who don't know what to do with their talents open consultancy for free for needy African countries . You can't continue to assist a nation that hates You so much that they are proposing to kill the economy of your region and people through scorched earth policies of allocating zero budget to projects from your region.

I also understand igbos are winning laurels for the nation in the paralympics.

If you don't know what to do with your talent then you can provide your talents to boost the medal ranks of independent participants in the Olympics.

what have you said now bros, really what have you contributed if not hate talks and bigotry.

if I ever come across the person that sponsored you through school, I'll advice the person to find away to get his money back cuz its turning to a waste.

My brother the difference is clear in keeping up with the rule of law and democracy.
Nobody has held the rule of law so high than GEJ since 1960, even in d midst of the most provocative, abusive, tyrannical opposition, he still kept his stand. GEJ did all these stuffs u mentioned and he accepted defeat and congratulated PMB even b4 d result was announced.
Do u see GEJ as someone desperate for power to do all these stuff u av mentioned here? U left obj that wanted to go 4 3rd term and GEJ who believed his has done his best after one term and peacefully step down.
U should be ashamed of urself.

Nigerians are not dumb anymore, wen they see good, they know, wey dey see bad they know.

rotimileke:
President, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is a hero and true leader of Nigeria. He "lost" the 2015 presidential election because of the crime and injustice committed against him and Nigerians by Fulani-Hausa-Yoruba cabal and their western allies and handlers. Nigerians are used to having barbarians, tyrants, usurpers, kleptomaniacs (rogues, crooks, thieves, robbers and criminals), murderers, sadistic creatures and children of perdition as Presidents and Heads of State, they took the piss, and mistook President Jonathan's meekness for weakness.
Those vile, unscrupulous, heartless, nasty and sadistic creatures mistook President Jonathan 's restraint and obedience to the law as a lack of strength. They mistook his reticence for inaction. They mistook Jonathan's calmness for indecisiveness.
How he was treated was very, very offensive, insulting to the South South people of Nigeria, and very, very horrible, unfair, utterly disgusting, heart breaking and unprecedented in the history of Nigeria. Dr Jonathan was routinely disrespected, insulted, abused and treated very badly by the north and ultimately robbed by the Fulani-Hausa-Yoruba cabal and their western allies and handlers that maliciously ganged up and wagged war on him and Nigeria, smeared him and sabotaged his administration, and unleashed terror and the Boko Haram scam (fake insurgency, and fake terrorists. Boko Haram is a hired gang of mercenaries and criminals. They have nothing to do with Islam or Muslims) on the presidency and the nation, and vandalised the economy and systematically gave the president a bad name before the nation by sabotaging the supply of essential services in the country, and the systematically overthrew of Nigeria's president, Dr Jonathan. For the sake of peace and national unity, for now, he's not spoken out, but someday, he will speak out, and y'all will crap your pampers and choke on your dentures. Whether he speaks out publicly or not, many Nigerians and the people of Niger Delta are fully aware of the acts of injustice, cruelty and wicked committed against President Jonathan. We will NEVER forget, and we will NEVER forgive. NO TRIBE IS BORN TO RULE. NO TRIBE IS BORN TO BE A FOLLOWER.

Bros, before you celebrate the jargons you put up there, let me enlighten you a bit (I know you won't be able to understand it because of your blocked mind but I'll tell you any way).

Jonathan lost the election because of his bad approach to governance and executive decisions, his ironic way of following up his statements, bad timing of decisions, politicizing issues. he openly called IBB his mentor (and we all know who IBB is), wanton corruption under his administration, lacking political will of addressing issues.

And as u said, Jonathan is a crook, barbarian, thief, murderer, dictat,, et.al. the first and only known heavy drinker of rum as a sitting President (he drank so much that he missed a UN meeting and speech!) He doess the exact opposite of whatever he says, he armed militants! (so much for a whole President). And you need to get your brain checked if you call boko haram fake!

Nobody is born to rule absolutely but we rather have northern leaders than having another Jonathan! I mean, as a minority, I expected so much from him but he disappointed on all fronts! his wife (a first lady!) was a complete nuisance!

How fast Nigerians forget things

Then President Jonathan sacked the President of the Appeal court because he refused to compromise on the case involving the ruling party and ruling that forensic
examination be allowed on materials used for the 2011 Presidential election. Even when the NJC asked that he be reinstated, Jonathan refused yet, he is your HERO OF DEMOCRACY.

- All the security details attached to then Speaker of House of Representatives, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal were withdrawn by the Federal Government led by Jonathan yet, you still didn't see any reason not to worship him.

- For weeks in 2014, the Governor of Kano State kept shouting that security aides posted to watch over the state house were recalled as a result of orders from above, not once did you accuse Jonathan of tyranny.

- For appointing Sanusi Lamido as Emir of Kano which was within the rights and powers of the Kano State Government, Jonathan ordered security agents to lay siege at the Emir's palace. For days, the Emir operated from the Kano State Government House. You didn't call Jonathan by the dictatorship that he was acting out then.

- Jonathan withdrew the security details attached to then Governor Amaechi, Jonathan grounded the plane of Amaechi, Jonathan masterminded and hugely supported the division and crisis in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Jonathan allowed his wife to govern Rivers from Abuja, Jonathan used Mbu to embarrass and harass a sitting Governor, Jonathan crippled Rivers because Amaechi was the Governor yet, you still see Jonathan
as a demigod.

- In this same country, we saw how Jonathan supported the destruction of the once vibrant Governors' Forum by supporting 16 against 19 yet, you see him as one decent man who should be seen as a Hero.

- We have not forgotten how Jonathan used state power to present sitting Governors from reaching a part of the country to support the reelection of one of their own because they where in the opposition and you who is laying
claim to fairness and pretending to love Democracy still claim you miss this same character.

- In this same country, we saw the circulation of an undisputed video by an army officer detailing how soldiers were used to rig the election in Ekiti State to favour the thug
governing the state today and yet, you see same Jonathan who was Commander in Chief of all these barbarism as decent enough to be called a hero.

- In his desperation to see the Governor Nyako impeached, The Presidency under Jonathan had the accounts of Adamawa State frozen. A State Government account oh and not personal account of the Governor and not once did condemn it nor call Jonathan the dictator he clearly was then.

- Same Jonathan you can almost worship today single handedly denied his then state Governor the right to seek the nomination of his party because he had personal grievances against him yet, you never for once accused
him of abuse of power.

- For the first time in our history as a country, the CBN Governor was unilaterally sacked by the President without following the due process of our law because he asked
questions regarding careless stealing of the nation's money supervised and supported by Jonathan yet, you never called Jonathan the dictator he clearly was.

- As far as I can remember, the only people EFCC managed to temporarily wake up from their five years slumber under Jonathan to work on were those who criticized him and as
soon as they changed gear, EFCC return back to their slumber yet, not once did you accuse him of bias nor selectivity.

As far as I know, Fayose is yet to deny that he received the alleged money traced to his account from Dasuki. What he is crying over is immunity and you who has never seen one
million naira cash of your own is busy supporting him and shouting persecution. As you always say then, use the courts.

That you now call Buhari a Dictator while you still worship Jonathan must surely be giving the devil hope that he may not actually have to be lonely in hell.
