Soliloquy...***does barcanista knows what he is saying***......

Has the present government started a probe according to what you postulated?

Do you think this government will go public with news without investigating?

For facts' sake, we have a military man and a lawyer in the helms of affairs and we all know their stand and disposition as to facts...except if we want to tell ourselves lies.....

sometimes I just stay off commenting on issues cuz of people like you that distort facts....

With all due respect to Rev. Kukah, he shouldn't be found saying things of such...he really is a disgrace to his members...that is if he is telling them the truth though.....

Rubbish face mending jargon. Why are ppl told to stay indoor before and after oba's death. Why is d oba's burial enshrewed in so much secrecy?

cuz u don't have a culture... in Yoruba culture, there are spiritual rites people are not to see, there are some females don't see, there are some children don't see....most likely it may result in death....when my dad's elder brother died ( he was an aaro) the oro people did 21days village passage for him and there was one only male of the family went with them, we were all wrapped in white clothes......

the beauty of the Yoruba culture......

Politics / The P. W. Botha's 1985 speech: For The Sake Of Africa! by smada13(m): 4:57am On Aug 11, 2015
Before we all move into the business of the day, can we please think over this excerpt from P. W. Botha about black people.... really inciting and touching. It has got me thinking and I'm like "are there no black leaders that can make Africa work?" "why is our thought just like our skin?" "why do we hate ourselves so much?" "why are there so many bad leaders in Africa?", "What do the future hold for Africa and its people?".......think Africans, think!

“We do not pretend like other Whites that we like Blacks.
The fact that, Blacks look like human beings and act like
human beings do not necessarily make them sensible
human beings. Hedgehogs are not porcupines and lizards
are not crocodiles simply because they look alike. If God
wanted us to be equal to the Blacks, he would have created
us all of a uniform colour and intellect. But he created us
differently: Whites, Blacks, Yellow, Rulers and the ruled.
Intellectually, we are superior to the Blacks; that has been
proven beyond any reasonable doubt over the years. I
believe that the Afrikaner is an honest, God fearing person,
who has demonstrated practically the right way of being.
Nevertheless, it is comforting to know that behind the
scenes, Europe, America, Canada, Australia -and all others
are behind us in spite of what they say. For diplomatic
relations, we all know what language should be used and
where. To prove my point, Comrades, does anyone of you
know a White country without an investment or interest in
South Africa? Who buys our gold? Who buys our diamonds?
Who trades with us? Who is helping us develop other
nuclear weapon? The very truth is that we are their people
and they are our people. It’s a big secret. The strength of
our economy is backed by America, Britain, and Germany. It
is our strong conviction, therefore, that the Black is the raw
material for the White man. So Brothers and Sisters, let us
join hands together to fight against this Black devil. I appeal
to all Afrikaners to come out with any creative means of
fighting this war. Surely God cannot forsake his own people
whom we are. By now every one of us has seen it
practically that the Blacks cannot rule themselves. Give
them guns and they will kill each other. They are good in
nothing else but making noise, dancing, marrying many
wives and indulging in sex. Let us all accept that the Black
man is the symbol of poverty, mental inferiority, laziness
and emotional incompetence. Isn’t it plausible, therefore that the White man is created to rule the Black man? Come to think of what would happen one day if you woke up and on the throne sat a Kaff*ir! Can you imagine what would
happen to our women? Does anyone of you believe that the
Blacks can rule this country?”

Food / See What My Kitchen Creativity Gave Me by smada13(m): 3:04pm On Jul 05, 2015
Was bored and confused as to what to eat when I got back from church so I decided to add one or two things together not missing out a thing so I prepared what I called EGGPLANT-NOODLES

ingredients: indomie, egg, carrot, tomatoes, red pepper (ata rodo), plantain, onions, roasted fish, maggi, salt and groundnut oil.

So this is what I did. I diced the tomatoes, onions and carrot then grated the red pepper. I then sliced the plantain too.

OFF TO WORK.
I boiled the indomie and plantain together until it softened up then poured it in a sift to dry up. Then I fried the diced ingredients in groundnut oil starting from the onion to the carrot and tomatoes n red pepper.
I left them to fry up for some 5mins then added the egg, fries it for 3mins then added the fish, a cube of maggi and the salt, allowed it fry for a few mins then added the indomie and plantain finally then left it to hot up together.

after all those came my cute eggplants noodles...

Please dont pay through quick teller for GOtv oo.. I dont know about Dstv payment but the Gotv i paid from gtbank website which took me to Quickteller interface did not reflect on my gotv airtime even as the payment was immediately deducted from my account. I had to go pay afresh manually. And have made a complain but my money hasnt been refunded!

Thanks a million. I've watched the payment option shown on Gotv channel 1 and the online payment was never talked about, not even on their website. I'm grateful...

Politics / Re: Court Approves Suit Against Tinubu Over Murder Of Funsho Williams by smada13(m): 5:55pm On Jun 09, 2015
It's just so sad to see that most people on Nairaland are without their heads and brains....they just start ranting and talking rubbish all because Tinubu's name appeared on the list of the defendants without asking why? and the OP too needs serious brain check for the way he wrote that headline...The Mod that brought this to the frontpage obviously did it to drive traffic to Nairaland and it shows their tactics paid off...

For the records, Tinubu's name was included because he was the state governor at the time of the incident..... have you all queried the other names there

The way this forum is going.... I really pity Nigerian youths...
