Orubebe01: I hate seeing people die because of this covid 19. Nigeria government should look inward and support our herbal drug practitioners. I believe that with proper support, they will come up with something good instead of waiting for oyibos to save us. Or better still, reach out to Madagascar for their covid organic. You are have been tricked by Madagascar publicity stunt. In a treatment center I know here, all patient get the active ingredient of that herb which is actually in our antimalarial. , it works for malaria doesn't work for covid. I am happy their president claim he want to do a trial on it now. Let's see the outcome. The claim of no death can not be attributed to that drug alone if the drug helped at all. Rwanda, as at the last time I checked doesn't have covid 19 related death and they are not using the Madagascar wonder as at then likewise few other countries |

sheddychina: How would they correct those Academic Graduate Assistants and Assistant Lecturers that they erroneously enrolled as Non-Academic on grade level 1(like those with O-level results)?
Also, IPPIS has insisted that enrolment cannot be complete if PFA PIN isn't provided. How do they reconcile the fact that many people have errors on their National Identity Slips which the NIMC database has been reluctant to update? And Pencom doesn't assign a PIN if there's any mismatch anywhere on the identity slip. The platform isn't employee friendly from my own view. Many people have this issue and were able to resolve it. Might be difficult but IPPIS pay eventually. |

All na story. You mean IPPIS is that bad but all other FG workers have been on it for years and there is no noise. IPPIS can be made perfect for ASUU which is what they would be asking for, not this rigidness |

dangermouse: Boils down to the government. When the governmet have refused to creat structures enabling environment for the citizenry, then it becomes all man to himself. When the citizenry has lost hope with its government they elect to do what it takes to survive. When the government provides housing, good roads, steady power, good and affordable health care, cheap and affordable schools etc etc, automaticallz there would be zero need for the citzenry to engage in corrupt practices . It is not all government, how can you be collecting bribe to do what you are being paid to do and you say government. Besides who are the government , also a citizen. Let's not indulge or justify all our malpractice as citizens just by blaming government. The blame is on both side |
Health › Re: Area Boys Demand Settlement Before Evacuation Of Suspected COVID-19 Patients by SmallmebigGod: 10:12pm On Apr 25, 2020 |
dangermouse: How do u mean by working against the country? Any case scenario? Many scenario. From civil servants coming late to work to people stealing government properties, as people in government embezzle money, common man too is doing financial malpractice in his own little corner. People that are employed by government won't do their job unless induced by bribe. We worship corruption then come round and start saying government is our only problem. I agree with Lagbaja, we are just '200 million mumu' |

dangermouse: my dear, thank God for our lives. We are cormfortable today by His grace. But there are millions of nigerians who are not, who depends on thier daily hustle to feed selves and family and and barely make any savings from there daily hustle. Now tell me how are they supposed feed selves and family? Is this not where the government should step in? Mind u nigerians dont depend on the government much, compared with the developed countries, unless u are telling me u dont reside here in nigeria not to know that. Government in Nigeria is messed up we know, but the damage we as citizens are causing is much. Look at this area boys for instance. Soif the 3 guys died and infection start multiplying in the neighborhood people will still come back and say government hasn't done enough. Government made pedestrian bridges people will steal the metals. |

dangermouse: Ashamed? Hell no! People are suffering under this lock down and u need to see the amount of beggers out there. Its u and the government who should be ashamed for putting people in this predicament. Granted it was nobodies fault that we have this pandemic and the lockdown is a good measure towards curbing it, but ordinary, the government is supposed to provide palliatives to forestall this type of ugly situations Typical Nigerian government government government government. They never admit they have a role to play or that their own action and inactions could have negative impact on the country, every citizen's fault is justified by what government didn't do. Government government government |

Femich18: Good one. We still have a long way to go. The number of test done now is about 5000. We can only know the true state of Coronavirus only when we do not less than 5000 test at least in a day.
I'm sure we will overcome And who will they be testing. Lagos house to house search covered 9000 people only found 190 with symptoms like covid and the test will be done on them. I'm sure many of those will be malaria and some of them hunger. I don't think we will have to test 5000 per day unless we want to start testing all Nigerians. Besides , some people that have covid or contact with covid patient are hiding from testing |
