Don't threaten Nigerians, your post exposes you for who you are and what you represent. Remember every day for the thief one day for Nigerians.
Ode, its just an advice for he that have an ear. Our problem in Nigeria is still lack of sincerity of purpose, both from the ruling class and the following class. Study the revolution in Egypt and other country and tell me in which one are the revolution leader ran out of country or claimed residency of another country as a lifeline to freedom. They fight on, kill and jail some , many sprang up. So for now people like you can only hide under your keyboard and really not Ready for struggle

Hello Nairalander. We need to learn from recent events. Dont just follow anybody that call for revolution. Before you turn freedom fighter and begin any revolution protest, make sure you have second citizenship like Kanu or a New jersey address like Sowore otherwise Buhari will show you pepper and there is no US senator to plead your case.

Politics / Re: Sowore: Between Facts And Fiction by SmallmebigGod: 11:30pm On Dec 08, 2019
presidency:
STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE

SOWORE: BETWEEN FACTS AND FICTION

The Presidency notes some of the insinuations in the media about the arrest by the Department of State Services (DSS) of the agitator, Omoyele Sowore.

The DSS does not necessarily need the permission of the Presidency in all cases to carry out its essential responsibilities that are laid down in the Nigerian Constitution – which was the foundation for the restoration of democracy in our country in 1999.

However, it should not surprise anyone who has followed his actions and words that Sowore is a person of interest to the DSS.

Sowore called for a revolution to overthrow the democratically elected government of Nigeria.

He did so on television, and from a privileged position as the owner of a widely read digital newspaper run from the United States of America.

He founded an organisation, Revolution Now, to launch, in their own words, “Days of Rage”, with the publicised purpose of fomenting mass civil unrest and the elected administration’s overthrow.

No government will allow anybody to openly call for destabilization in the country and do nothing.

Mr. Sowore is no ordinary citizen expressing his views freely on social media and the internet.

He was a presidential candidate himself, who ran – and lost – as the flag bearer of the African Action Congress (AAC) in the February 23 general elections.

Nigeria's democracy was a long time in the making, and was achieved after decades of often harsh, military-led overthrows of government: the kind of situation Sowore was advocating.

To believe in and desire armed revolution is not normal amongst 'human rights activists', as Sowore has been incorrectly described.

Again, it is no surprise that he should be a person of interest to the DSS.

Nigeria is already dealing with an insurgency that has left millions of people displaced and desperate in the northeastern region of our country.

The Boko Haram militants, who are behind the violence, also fancy themselves to be fighting for some sort of revolution.

Nigerians do not need another spate of lawlessness and loss of lives all in the name of 'revolution', especially not one that is orchestrated by a man who makes his home in far away New York – and who can easily disappear and leave behind whatever instability he intends to cause, to wit, Nnamdi Kanu.

This is a matter for the DSS, acting under its powers.

Is that why DSS /presidency can not obey simple law order again. Its crystal clear you are just against any strong opposition. You were OK with PDP style opposition because you know you can always use corruption allegations to slience them. This worthy opposition is a threat to you

Education / Re: Student Spends 28 Years Studying Medicine At Nigerian University by SmallmebigGod: 9:09pm On Dec 08, 2019
eduman365:

Most universities in Nigeria have 10 years as the maximum number of years for a bachelor's degree completion. Contrary to what you said, it is highly uncommon to see anyone who spent 14-15 years of his life on a degree...
Ah eduman 14-15 years in medical school is as common as common. For example. Without repeating any year i spent 9 years. (ASUU + school internal problems) And we have people repeating almost every level. Sometimes even in schools that run smooth calendar , they may consider it too dangerous to withdraw someone from medical school after spending 8years for example. So they can leave the person their at one level , repeating till he passed. There are also cases of people who where sent out, went to court and won and then return.

There's no way anyone can be allowed to study for 28 years straight at a university. There was probably a dispute with the person's certificate issuance back then in 1991 which probably was never resolved until the concerned person took a step... It happens you know.
I doubt if such rule exist.Though I have not seen 28 before. It is not so uncommon to see 14, 15 years in medical school.

The definition of cowardice by some Nigerians is baffling and absurd .

In your definition a lion or eagle that fights against an enemy and runs is more of a coward than a zebra or vulture that never fights but is strangulated and eaten raw
When most of them can not even speak against injustice at their place of work. Sorry I forgot most are still in school

The foolishness in some Nigerians no get end. Willing to tribalize everything. Were they fighting same course? No.
Did Nnamdi KANU ran out of the country and left his people to die in the hand of dirty Nigerian army? Yes if you ask me if he is a coward , of course No. May be selfish I'm some of his decisions.
So before you open your mouth and run it anyhow while hiding behind your Phone. Think twice. Have you 1/10 of the smallesr bravery any of these guys has displayed so far?

I couldn't agree less, that this guy is fake. He is replacing some evil people. Now he is trying to divert attention away from other possible killers out there by saying he is the same person traveling around 7 states. When suspects talk to much like this , I take their confession with a pinch of salt.
Let us try and compare the guy's attitude and confession to that of Evans. That's fake vs real criminal.
