The said tenant was owing over 1 years rent, not paying and not leaving.

Tenant was charged to court. The case has been ongoing for more than a year. Tenant and her lawyer do not show up in court on hearing date and have been adjourned for this reason each time...

Now running to almost 3 years in the flat without paying rent and without leaving....

Good morning nairalanders, please you guys should pardon me because am not much of a good writer. Am here to seek advice from some of the great minds we have here, I got this little issue that has really put me in a state of confusion.

I applied for a job sometime last month and the job is 108k/month but the issue is that the opening is still very much shaky like they are still contemplating if to employ more hands or not so the person that linked me to the job anytime I call him he keeps telling me to pray hard because of the nature of things over there, then sometime Last week he called me and asked if I can manage another job of 50k pending when that other job will be available, both jobs comes with free lunch but the one of 50k comes with extra incentives like 2k everyday but the one of 108k come with no incentives (only your salary every month end), so am really confused if to wait or just resume at the one of 50k.

The Nigerian passport has been ranked 98th out of 199 countries in a new report released by Henley & Partners, a London-based global citizenship and residence advisory firm.

Nigerian Passport Now Ranks Below Niger, Chad, Zimbabwe, Uganda And Others

The Nigerian passport now ranks below that of other African countries such as Malawi, Niger, Chad, Zimbabwe, Uganda and The Gambia as revealed in the quarterly passport index which is based on exclusive data from the International Air Transport Association, which maintains the world’s largest database of travel information.

The Q1 2022 index cross-examined the passports of 199 countries with 227 travel destinations; and ranked these passports based on global access and mobility. Each passport is scored based on the number of destinations that the holder can access visa-free. This also applies if passport holders can obtain a visa on arrival, a visitor’s permit, or an electronic travel authority upon entry.

While Japan and Singapore topped the ranks with passports gaining access to 192 countries, the United States and the United Kingdom ranked seventh while Yemen, Pakistan, Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan settled at the bottom five.

The Seychelles passport ranked the highest in Africa, having visa-free access to 152 countries. Botswana and Namibia ranked second and third with 86 and 78 countries, respectively.

Though Nigeria rose five places compared to the Q4 2021, Malawi (76th), Niger (90th), Chad (90th) The Gambia (75th), Uganda (76th), Zimbabwe (78th) and Sierra Leone (80th) all ranked above the West African country and Ethiopia, which tallied at 98th.

It is 10 years since my uncle got married to his beautiful, loving and kind wife. In 10 years, the parents of this girl have not seen their daughter or 3 grandchildren. Because my uncle is catholic and they are Jehovah witness, so the marriage shouldn't have happened.

Your co-worker has been acting a little differently than usual. He just seems to be doing things a little differently than usual. You suspect he may be flirting with you but you are just not sure. How can you tell if a co-worker is flirting with you and is attracted to you?

4. Takes cares of you. You will feel cared for and he will help you out when he can; and he will do nice special or thoughtful things for you occasionally. He cares about you as he is attentive and caring not just initially but as part of who he is to you. He will be interested in what you say and you will feel listened to.

5. He is fully engaged in the relationship. He is an integral part of your life and he knows what is happening in your life and days. He is privy to the details of what is happening in the background of your life. And he shares insights and things he saw or heard during his day and just had to share with you.

6. Tries to make you happy. He does what he can to ensure that you are happy in life and he does what he can to help you along. He will give you a ride when you need it or make you a hot meal when he knows you have been too busy to cook or whatever will make your life that much easier.

7. Doesn't avoid you during your off days. A man who sees a future with you will stick with you through sick and sin literally. He will not avoid you when you are unwell or under the weather. He will visit and be around you even on these days as he realizes that a future with you will include you in all your different states. If he avoids you when you are unwell or going through a bad time then he is selfish and either doesn't see a future with you or expects you to cope without him during such moments in your future. A relationship that may not be what you had in mind.

A man who sees a future with you will value you and will treat you as precious and you will know it if you see these 7 signs. A man who treats you in a contrary manner does not see a future with you or in some cases he just has not come to the realization that you could be more than a short term fling.

1. He is completely content with the way things are and he says so. A guy that is never going to marry you will let you know. He will vilify marriage and work at convincing you that your relationship is great as it is and that marriage will not add anything to your relationship. He will tell you that he really likes you BUT his mother or friends or culture or boss or 'whoever it is' expects him to marry a specific type of gal (which you clearly are not) and he just cannot disappoint these people or person. He paints himself as a victim of family or culture or career or whatever it is that he says 'prevents' him from marrying you. He repeatedly lets you know what a great gal you are and how unfair it is for his mother or boss or society or culture or whatever it is to forbid a marriage with you. He may or may not be a victim of powerful forces but clearly he is never going to marry you.

3. He show you that he is in love with another type of woman. A guy that is never going to marry you has settled for you. You are not what he really wants but you are better than nothing. He is with you because he doesn't want to be alone but you are not what he wants for a long term commitment or marriage. He is therefore never going to marry you until he losses all hope of ever getting the kind of gal that he wants. He will hold on to you as a backup plan but he will be extremely reluctant to move the relationship forward into marriage as he will be waiting for 'her'...the one he really desires and wants. Facing the reality that he is waiting for another can be extremely painful but if this is your situation then denial just hurts you and keeps you in a dead relationship with someone who doesn't think you are worthy. Facing reality helps you decide whether to break it off with him so as to give room for the possibility of another man to come into your life or to continue with him and to reduce the expectations you have of him.

4. He lets you know that he has made certain wrong assumptions about you. A guy that is never going to marry you may have certain preconceptions about you. He may believe that you want to do other things with your life instead of marrying him or he may think that you would never marry someone like him or he may not know how important marriage is to you.
