My story of getting my Pvc at the same location.
I went there last year November to get my PVC at the same location. When I got to the premise of INEC, there was nobody at their office it was looking like a graveyard.
I had to look around before, I saw someone that inform me about the days, that they come to work in a week. I went back the following week and it was on a Tuesday to be precise and met that fellow in the video putting on brown behind the bar in the INEC office.
I told him that i want to get my PVC and he responded by saying, that i have to come back the following week and that the person in charge of the PVC is not around, that i should drop my details and we exchange numbers. I call the following week and he said i should come and get my PVC that it is ready went there that week and met only him in that office no other individual and i got my PVC. It took me three weeks to get my PVC when there was no pressure and now i wonder what people are experiencing right now. Every day when i pass the place i see people in their hundreds of queues waiting for INEC to come and open their gate and get their PVC. To be honest i think INEC is part of our problem. We always want to blame the electorate that they do not go early to get their PVC but when you go to that office there is nobody to attend to you. I think i was lucky to get my mind and it took me 3 weeks to get my PVC. I also believe they do it intentionally to keep people from exercising their rights and discourage them.

It is time for everybody to understand that your going to school does not guarantee you a job. Please snap out of that thinking mentality!!!!!
focus on one thing that has these 3 qualities (value, frequency, and volume) which eventually will take care of your responsibility, do it continuously and forget about what people will say as long as you don't steal from anybody.

I think it's absolutely wrong to say your man is a two min man. The implication of your action is that you are comparing your guy with your past relationship. i think you should understand something, that not every man know how to control their ejaculation. I believe the problem with ladies of today is that they want to have sex for six hours rather than telling him that he is a two min man should try an work it out with him. maybe he rush into the act calm him down. Patience is the key in every sex act, your guy need to master the act of patience and also positioning matter a lot. there is a positioning that makes some men to ejaculate quickly discover the position and explore new positioning. let your guy eat good food that will boost is performance in that area, exercise will help him too and dont make him feel he is not good enough for you. SEX IS JUST FOR A MOMENT NOT HARD WORK.

LET US AS NIGERIA MAKE A STATEMENT IN THIS COMING ELECTION IF YOU ARE STILL HUMAN ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THERE IS A COUNTRY TO BE SAVED AND A PLACE WE COULD CALL HOME. EVERYBODY WANT A GOOD LIFE AND LIVE THE WAY OTHER DEVELOP NATION ARE LIVING. IT START FROM YOUR VOTE DO NOT BOTHER ABOUT WHETHER YOUR CANDIDATE WOULD WIN. JUST VOTE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!!! WE CAN ONLY MAKE NIGERIA GREAT ONLY WHEN WE DECIDE TO BE GREAT FORGETTING OUR DIFFERENCES AND HAVING ONE GOAL AND SEVERAL VISION. IN MY OPINION, YOU HAVE ALL THE FACT NOT TO VOTE APC OR PDP AND I DON'T TRY A NEW WAY OF DOING THINGS IS A CRIME.

In all honesty, i feel your pain but to be sincere with you a lot of Nigeria do not read article like this; simply because they are not educated to your level and can not afford to buy data on their mobile phone.

According to him, anyone that wants a new government and doesn't vote for PDP has wasted his or her vote.

As a committed youth ambassador I will never deceive my people, only PDP has that structure.
So the bitter truth is this: if you want a new Government and you vote for any other party that is not the PDP it is a wasted vote.
So I humbly ask you all to ATIKUlate with us because I believe that the Government of ATIKU/OBI will give the youths the enabling environment to flourish and get Nigeria working again.

Every time i see super eagles Player pictures, training on the pitch for a competitive football match. what i have notices over the year is they are always running and somethings i wonder if running is the only thing that they do in training pitch because if that is the case no wonder they play woefully during the live games. Please give us good pictures and not running pictures.

Buhari said INEC and security agencies needed N242bn for the 2019 general elections. He asked that N164bn be vired to fund the polls while the balance of N78bn would be covered by the 2019 budget.

I don't think we need such an amount for 2019 election. This is another way of looting this country dry!!!
Honestly if you have such an amount to waste on an election that we all know that our security agencies are not capable of coordinating. we need to wake up Nigerian's there are hospital infrastructures,Road construction,Railway etc that needs to built to take care of Nigeria needs but this people will continue to fight for there pocket just to enrich themselves.

A young girl in Oklahoma said she snagged a “weird” catch over the weekend, reeling in a fish bearing “human-like” teeth.

Kennedy Smith, 11, was on a fishing trip at Fort Cobb Lake with her grandparents and brother on Sunday and got “really excited” when she hooked the fish on her line, she told The Associated Press.

But to Smith’s surprise, her grandmother was bitten by the animal while she was trying to take out the hook.

"I was confused because I knew that fish with teeth are not normal. It was weird," Smith told the outlet. "They were human-like and that made it even weirder."
Turns out that the strange looking creature was a Pacu, Caddo County Game Warden Tyler Howser told The Associated Press.

“I've actually caught one myself,” Howser said. “As soon as I saw (it) I said ‘I know what that is.’”The fish, which are from South America, have family ties to the Piranha, according to the Oklahoma Game Wardens, who posted about the “unique catch” on Facebook.

While officials indicate the fish can grow to be quite large, the one Smith caught only weighed about a pound, Howser said.
Officials said the toothy creature likely got into the lake after first being bought as a pet and then getting released once it became too big.

Pacu are considered an invasive species that can destroy the native Oklahoma fish ecosystem and habitat, so the fish Kennedy caught was taken by the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and destroyed.

Fix the dirty in Lagos.
The project on construction of roads are good but sub-standard road are being built in Lagos. this is not going to last the test of time.
Bad drainage linkage on the new constructed roads, this will eventually lead us back to where we are coming from.
we cant be paying tax and we the citizen we still have to bear the pain of repairing road.
kindly speed the repairs on the road and do not use it to campaign for 2019.
it has always being the strategy for all governors. they embark on several project in the first four year and when they are re-elected they do nothing. Lagos state generate billions of Naira per day and all we want to be satisfy with is just a slow pace in completion of project.
In as much as i will like to recognize your good work. i still believe you are working below par. everyday i go out there is no change to easy our pain.
