I got a shop at a good location to start my business again, some of you might know my story already from here, even the last thread I opened I didn't receive any help, so I decided to forge ahead, as a man, you are on your own lol. Man no to dey get help like that, you are already guilty of life unless proven innocent.
So guys, the issue is that, the new shop and my rent is 60k, and it is due next month. I currently have the 60k but I am scared if I go for the shop, I won't be able to pay my rent next month, and I need this shop. I don't have anybody to borrow 60k from if I use the one at hand to get the shop, pls what business can I do within a month to get 60k. I have been staying at home all these while and this is my chance to atleast leave house and go to hustle for daily bread, man is no longer getting younger, my neighbours don see me finish.
I need your advice guys.

4. Pick one of your Talents and look at avenues for turning them into Business
5. Whatever it is, it would still require Hard-work, Perseverance and Grace
6. Be realistic about what you will need to invest as you know your pocket and strength

In exactly 12 months, look back and tell me that you still dont have a testimony!

A coworker was just telling about her brother issue with his current wife. He caught his soon to be wife cheating red handed and yet he went ahead to marry her. When u are in your 20's start early and awake ur investment mindset.

If u can do this early enough,at your 40's ur passive income should be enough to take care of your family expenses while u continue to grind with life.

I learnt this technique at an early age...not from my father but from someone whom I lived with years back.

Example is. If u have 30million,invest it for one year,use the proceed to settle all family expenses for one year,after that u can rest and be happy. Not all the time,waiting for salaries that isn't enough.

May his soul rest in peace and may this serve as a lesson for all our able young men especially our teenagers.

OP, how will you learn if you avoid successful people? What is the value of surrounding yourself with Misérables people? I disconnected from every friend who is not able to get their shits together. Even my cousins who are struggling and not willing to do anything about their situations but complain, I cut off from them.

I am doing very well but one of my foals this year is to make better connections by moving with people in circles above mine. Do not be intimidated when others are doing better than yourself and, don't try to use them for ATM. Try t o learn how to fish from them, ask them questions, be humble .
