true talk, i bet no one has yet recovered from the shock, but then i'm just trying to get myself going rather than stay down. nway i was at the interview, when did you have yours, tuesday or wed? i also pray God intervenes and they call soon too.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Breweries Calling by smooooooth: 1:08pm On Sep 04, 2011
this thread just went cold. NB really dampened everyone's mood with the result of the interview. we all thought they needed more hands than they actually took. well cheer up guys, better things will definately come after this. and who knows, we may not have heard the last from NB. well guys that scaled through should feed us on how the job is going, what's about and stuff. cheers!!!!

@trae

do you know if anyone esle got the invite for medicals like you did? this is kind of worrisome. though it gives more hope that i was placed on hold than outright NO. i pray the outcome is favourable at the end so i dont feel worse than everyone as i had to give up going for a grand oak test so i can attend the NB interview. they were taking place same time and date. God help us all.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigerian Breweries Calling by smooooooth: 3:56pm On Aug 15, 2011

truth is NB will not be calling the 2nd batch anytime soon. i just wonder why they asked us to go for the driving test whe they werent ready for us. and kemi is not helping matters, not encouraging when you call her to know whats happening. she seems to be enjoying the suspense game. i think you all should just quit calling and be patient. looking unto God who is able to do that he has done for some of our friends here.

@dunddy
cingrats man, i am so happy for you. sorry i have not called ya since, i have been on the road, from state to state, seeking other opportunities, so i have not had the time to access my mail till now, but do expect my call this week.

you all have a great time guys.

cheers!!!!

@iacre

if you have gtb levels, tell the guy and help him get him. the guy got just opportunities in the two banks he mentioned.

i will advise you follow your mind anyway, cos most of the info here may not be correct. i am not a banker and dont hope to be one in my life, but i doubt if sterling is a better bank than Uba. haba!!

if we all marry who loves us and not who we love, then it means we all dont love, and if we dont love, then who is doing the loving, there wll therefore be no marriage cos there will be no love.
Politics / Re: Bomb Blast At Police Force Headquarters In Abuja? by smooooooth: 2:08pm On Jun 16, 2011
this just goes to show that our security agencies are weak and useless. thats why they planted the bomb right under their nose to tell them they are just barking dogs that dont bite.
Business / Re: Do You Support Sharia Banking (Poll) by smooooooth: 1:38pm On Jun 16, 2011
i still maintain that this country shld be split in 2 or three 3 regions, for peace to reign. alot of peeps see it as a foolish idea, but mark my words one day we will sit around a table to discuss our separation after spilling innocent blood.
NYSC / Re: Scrap The Nysc Now! by smooooooth: 3:24am On Apr 20, 2011
nothing o my broda nothing, just their regular speech after such incident, we will no longer tolerate any form of violence, this are criminal acts bla bla bla, meanwhile 20 bodies are already in the mortuary, after the broadcast 30 more will join them. its really sad, and its like security operatives are in support of this killings, cos they should have anticipated the unrest in the particular case and deployed alot of agents before results were collated and annouced. but they went to sleep as usual waiting for this innocent blood to be sacrificed before acting.

Yes, it would be wise to wait for a fortnight or so after things have calmed down and then begin to make calls for restructuring. I don't know how GEJ will approach it, but its got to be done.

the only acceptable restructuring will be a divide, split this country down the middle so those camels in the norths can stick their usman-dan-fodiosm down their ass.

How many have you killed so far? If you're blood thirsty take a hike to Kano.

Politics / Re: A Prime Minister For Nigeria by smooooooth: 3:03am On Apr 20, 2011
in the absence of a southern candidate, buhari cant still win an election in this country, not even if all the political parties field candidates from the north. he should get that in his dead brain.
