Hello,

1. If you chose to do upfront medicals, you should have indicated that in your responses when you filled the questionnaire on this Gckey portal. The clinic would give you a slip after the medical examination and this is what you upload to the GCkey portal before submission of your application.

2. Same goes for the PCC, it’s the responses to the questionnaire that provides where and what documents to upload afterwards.

P:S
-Some TR applicants( work permits, study, visit etc) do not need PCC, be sure you really need it.

Happy Christmas to you guys ,please I was informed by the agent that helped me with my study visa today that ,dependant are now required to bring in 3 months POF if not the application will be rejected, he also told me the said 3 months POF its not I thier website,but that in practical /reality dependant visa will be rejected if its less than 3 months ,I'm in the UK already.he told me this started like 3 to 4 weeks ago,please guys with experience should advice. Thanks

I sent an enquiry mail on the 16thDec and same day, was told that decision has already been made on all applications. I went ahead to return the funds borrowed for pof same day ooo, interest gbese wan kill me. It worked for me by faith though, since i had already confirmed from them.

Recived by VAC on 21stDec, 2:45pm
Collection mail on 21stDec, 3:15pm
Collected for all today, 11am. Visa approved for all.
Documents submitted
Marriage certificate,newspaper publication, some pictures of wedding and family moments,birth certificate for kids, consent letter signed by hubby and i for the kids, we also filled a family consent letter to the home office on behalf of the kids( regards Financial responsibility) very important . I pray for others awaiting a decision...good news will be yours ijn.

Please with regards to pictures to be uploaded to UKVI, when going for biometrics, can I go with the normal picture printed copies (not A4 size).

You have to be at TLS Ikeja as early as 5am If you want to do walk in.I will advise you pick TLS VI if you have not gone pass that stage.

Applied on the 16th of October

Rescheduled Biometric earlier set for 20th October to 21st October (next day)

I did Biometrics on the 21st of October in Abuja (Priority)

Received a Non straight forward mail on the 25th of October

Sent a paid email to UKVI on the 30th of October

Received an email about decision on 2nd November

Collected my visa via courier 5th November

Student visa valid till Jan 1st, 2026

It is instructive to note that I had an immigration problem with regards "overstaying" in the UK ten years ago, which ultimately carries a 10 year ban. I wasn't sure if I was effectively on a ten year ban or not but had to wait for 10 years to apply to enter the UK again. At some point I wasn't sure what to expect of the outcome, thats why this outcome is a super relief for me and a shot at second chance.

I am grateful to everyone here whose inputs I learnt from and believe more testimonies will come out from here.

Off to Glasgow in a couple of weeks.

On Teesside palava again,I did 4000 pounds at the bank with form A. I sent a telex copy to them so they could confirm. Teesside replied that they got 3,975. Probably they removed sm bank charges of 25pounds. How do I pay up pls. Can I do a direct debit from my account?
