PoliticsRe: Why Ribadu Is After Me - Ibori by snowdrops(m): 9:19pm On Sep 26, 2009
Well said Naijababe. Interesting the timing of his speech. Ibori is normally a reticent crook. He is probably developing cold feet as he has realized he cannot bribe the judiciary in Britain to rule in his favour as he would their counterparts in Naija.

Which truth? That Nigerians are illiterate? Have you seen English proplr write or speak English? Have you been to or contribute to British online forums? Believe me i have and have lived in the country for several years. You must be as ignorant and foolish as European is to agree with all the rubbish that has emitted from his mouth.
PoliticsRe: Yar’adua Off To Saudi Arabia by snowdrops(m): 12:28pm On Sep 22, 2009
This man surely is incapacitated and unfit to continue as head of state. In a sane society he would be impeached and the vice president handed the reins of leadership.

Guys stop arguing with a mad man [european] so people can tell the difference between yourself and him. His clearly a sociaetal reject, a destitute, and probably fortunate to use one of the many cybercafes in the streets to punch away insults at his family.
Whatever drug he is on must be new in the market,
PoliticsRe: Calls For Britain To Grant Amnesty To Asylum Seekers And Illegal Immigrants by snowdrops(m): 8:49pm On Sep 21, 2009
Talk of Amnesty at this stage is at best a mirage for now and foreseeable future in the Uk. There is deep seated resentment for foreigners especially Africans and South Asians. So forget it.

Guys calm down. This is the reaction Mr European wants from NLs. He winding you up. You dont believe for once he is really a caucasian. He is only a jackass niger who has recently been given residence permit in bulgaria. Just ignore him and lets not lose track of the topic.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Okocha Agrees return to Super Chicken by snowdrops(m): 8:42pm On Sep 14, 2009
It reveals the decay in the Super eagles. No good replacement for retiring stars. After Roger Milla, then Patrick Mboma, Cameroun has produced another glitering star in S. Eto Fils; Niger, em?? No one.
We are yet to learn the lessons of France 98; dragging Peter Rufai, Ben Iroha, Austin Eguaveon et al from retirement. We all know the outcome.
Shame shame shame.

TravelRe: Bellview: The Worst Airline In Nigeria. Don't Try It! by snowdrops(m): 1:19pm On Sep 09, 2009
@ igbogolo

I have travelled with both airlines. Infact i used Arik this week Niger to UK. I know what i am talking about. Arik may be the lesser of two evils but an evil or a potential one it still is. There were myriads of problems mostly perculiar to Niger run business. You can carry on flying with them for all i care, but life is too precious to toil with.
TravelRe: Bellview: The Worst Airline In Nigeria. Don't Try It! by snowdrops(m): 11:17pm On Sep 08, 2009
Simple advise. Avoid ALL NIGERIAN carriers on international routes; Bellview, Arik, etc. The cheap fares not worth it.

Someone mentioned Columbia in the 90s. I wonder if the scale of kidnappings is still as worrisome. If it has reduced how did they deal with it? Maybe Nigeria could learn one or two lessons.
SportsYakubu Makes Comeback, And Scores by snowdrops(op): 11:31am On Aug 26, 2009
Nigeria striker Yakubu Aiyegbeni has played his first game in 10 months, and scored on his return.

The Everton front-man turned out for their reserve team on Tuesday evening, and fired home in the 3-0 win over Burnley after just 31 seconds.

It was his first game since last November, when he ruptured his Achilles tendon at Tottenham Hotspur.

Later in the game he created a goal for Dan Gosling with a run down the left wing followed by an accurate cross.

American youngster Cody Arnoux then sealed the scoring late in.

Aiyegbeni's absence has been a blow to both Everton and Nigeria.

It is not yet known when he will be fit enough for first-team action.

He has not been named in Nigeria's squad for their 2010 World Cup qualifier against Tunisia next month.
