I have seen and attempted to reason with the likes of you in the past. I will repeat; you are either foolish or a mercenary. You posts so far leaves one at a loss as to which of these groups you belong.  The amounts i listed above are appalling and hard to comprehend whether by informed people like us or comedians like yourself. These accusations have been put to the Governor not only by myself but members of the Edo State House of Assembly, Edo state civil servants, the media, Concerned Citenzens and most recently Mr Samson Isibor Chairman CRPP [Coalition of Registered Political Parties]. We all know the fate of the latter. The government sent the Nigerian police after him; he was arrested and still is in the docks; his crime? "criticising the government".
The government so far [as expected] denies misappropriating funds, but has yet to present a credible explanation on how much as been spent on those projects. No "receipts" as you mentioned as been produced even by yourself "ohisng" [what a ridiculous username] or your sponsors the government. On assumption of office Oshiom Ole promised to publish monthly the state accounts at all level of government! Yeah right.
And stop disserminating wrong information. The strike by the college of education is yet to be called off, unless this was done this morning. The government only promised to give the institution 30 million naira to pay workers salary arrears yesterday.  
Beautification in a sane society should mean more than planting of flowers, but in the dictionary of Oshiom Ole it means just that; he is probably using flowers from MARS as that might explains why it will cost 900 million naira; because so far apart of gross destruction of private and public properties, they have made a feeble attempt at planting miserly flowers!!! Your people are hungry, cant pay for health care, schools etc; are insecured, no jobs, no accessible roads, and his first priority is planting flowers.

Apart from the guy being congenitally ugly, i dont see anything wrong with his choice of clothing.

This is heart breaking. My sympathy to her family.
The sad thing is the perpetrators most likely will get away with this. In an ideal society, enough evidence will be recovered from the crime scene as well as from post mortem from forensic detectives.

You must be intoxicated or something. You come here and emit thrash simply because you are lucky to be given a keyboard. You must either be very foolish or a paid propaganda merchant. A significant number of people are from Edo state are on this forum and live or visit there regularly. We speak to the common man on the streets and everyone is unanimous in condemning the tyranical rule of the trool Oshiom Ole.
Why the heck cant you judge someone after 11 months in office. The same was said then of Lucky Igbinedion [Oshiom Oles Godfather] during the first few months of his government. People said he should not be judged. Blame the military for our woes, give him a second term to right the wrongs of the past, blah blah blah. We all know the outcome; he almost eradicated Edo state from the map with hunger and poverty. Oshiom Ole is showing similar signs and the sooner idiots like you realize this no matter how much you have been paid or promised, the better for the state.
Within the past few months;
1. He spent 350 million naira on hiring thugs to rig the by election in Akoko edo
2. 900million naira just to "beautify" ring road [which is a round about] measuring roughly 3 football pitches. Beuatify means planting flowers.
3. 150 million naira for his personal swimming pool
4. 2 billion naira as "security budget". Yet people have NEVER felt so insecure. Kidnapping, assassination, armed robbery on the increase.
5. gave 2 brand new jeeps and an SUV to a "PDP" chieftain, Samuel Ogbemudia
6. Alloted six mobile policemen to guard his mother in the village 247.
7. Government schools across the state including the Ambrose Ali University, College of Education and the Institute of Continuing Education have been on strike for several weeks with no end in sight.
8. Under the guise of beautification has destroyed several businesses and private homes; also specifically targetting those of political rivals; the debris from the destruction litter the streets of the state and make an ugly site; the are also breeding grounds for insects and various parasites. The displaced people have been left unemployed.
9. Absolutely NO ROADS have been constructed. The ones you wrongly mentioned have only been sand filled. Why dont you tell your boss to come clean and let us know how much has been spent on those projects in the spirit of transparency; i am sure it runs into hundreds of millions.
I can go on and on. People expected so much from this fraudster. They gave so much even their lives. They have sadly been left disappointed.

Moderator i believe this is better suited for the Money Forum; this is an important thread. Many Nigerians should be warned of this crime as your medium can save more innocent persons from losing millions.

This is awful. Some people are desperately heartless in Nigeria. Thanks for alerting us; can you let us know which bank and city you sent the money to so it will be avoided by everyone.
It must be by an inside man in the bank. I am 99% sure that similar frauds have been committed in the same branch with Moneygram. You can report to the Banks antigraft unit if one exists or better still the EFCC especially if it involves a large amount of money.
