1. Anusol suppository ( These are inserted inside the anus). Once daily preferably when going to bed.

2. Ciprotab. 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

3. Flagyl. 1 each in the morning, afternoon and evening.

4. I'm sorry I forgot the name but it's a pain reliever. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

5. Stool softener/Laxative (Liquid paraffin to be precise). 1.5 tablespoon, preferably before bedtime. You go shit the following day, you have to take note of this...

Everything listed above did not cost up to 4k naira.

If no improvements after 2 to 3 days, abeg go see better doctor.

I have a question on behalf of a friend. I was discussing with a frustrated friend of mine who was supposed to have an interview on the 18th of April for a visiting visa to the US. She was to visit with her son in order to attend her cousin's graduation and equally do some shopping for her approaching wedding.
However, during the course of her preparation, she got an email that her interview had been rescheduled to a later date (May 14th). The graduation for which she was purposely visiting the US is to take place on the 2nd of May, which means that she won't be able to attend the graduation.
Because she has exceeded the limit, she could not cancel the rescheduled date except she's going to pay for another Visa fee for herself and her son. Meanwhile her cousin still wants her to come over for the 4th of July celebration, during which they can both do the wedding shopping. My friend does not like idea because 4th of July will be very close to her wedding date and she thought she might not get a lot done if she only returns to the country barely 2.5 weeks to her wedding.

My question now is that is it possible for her to arrive earlier than the date specified on the DS160 as the intended date of arrival if her application is approved? This she wants to know so that she can make appointments with Wedding Dress stores for a wedding dress try-out. She had earlier booked a couple of appointments with a few stores which she had to cancel when her interview was rescheduled.
Also what's her odd of approval? Note this is someone that runs a registered training institute in partnership with a couple of private institutions...
