what do you mean by better- as in more lucrative? less competitive?, u nid to wake up man! nothing good comes easy, i suggest you venture into a field u enjoy doing, if you enjoy doing it, you tend to be very good at it, which in turn makes you more specialized, and wud inadvertently attract better remuneration for your services.
if you intend doing a Msc in chemical engineering, i tink you mite b reqd to do a pgd first.
