Hi Nairalanders, please I need advice/suggestions regarding my car. 2002 volkswagen Passat.

I was using the car in the east before I relocated to lagos hence its been parked for over a year. When I was using it in the east, it always overheat. my mechanic said the water pump needed to be changed. I changed it and the overheating stopped for few months only to start again.

Now I want to fix the overheating issue again so I can bring it over to lagos and my mechanic is saying the problem is gear. That the gear fibre is bad hence the overheating. He said gear will cost around 80k. I am really confused because:

Is the cause of the overheating really gear because my mechanic is inconsistent. I don't want to waste my money.

Can I get a good gear at that price?

Please I need suggestions. I am a separated mum and really constrained financially. I cant afford to waste my hard earned money that's why I need advice from gurus in the house

Some of you praying that IPOB Picks up arms dont know the foolish prayer you are making.

If IPOB deploy both high Altitude Drones that will be assembled thick inside the villages in the Eastern states that will be controlled using remotes and relays , you know it is easier to control a high altitude Drone that a low attitude, how would the Military or police be able to fight them .

Please dont pray for what Nigeria cannot fight , we are praying for peace all over the east now, Nigeria would need Russia , Britain, Egypt, Ireland and any other willing power to quench any fire they mistakenly ignite in the East .

IPOB might not fight the foolish battle that Boko haram fights in the North because that would endanger the whole east , but the use of drones to hit specific targets , Mind you drones can carry small improvised bombs too

Capitalism in a "sane" and "lawful" environment is a threat to the welfare of the ordinary man, in a country like Nigeria where we operate 'Political capitalism" the ordinary man is in serious trouble. Make no mistake "lack" isn't Nigerias problem, our problem is "GREED" and "Wastage'. IMF, Worldbank and the rest of them are scared of Nigeria, if the naira was the same value with the dollar, Nigerians will have caused major economic problems for the whole world......
