My advice to anybody that wants to buy land whether for investment or for residential purpose is to buy from genuine real estate company like Adron Homes & Properties.

With Adron Homes & Properties, you and your property are secured from the so-called omo-onile wahala. Even without developing the land now, you are secured and you are sure of the appreciation of your land because they develop all their estates with facilities to make life easier for the residences of the estates.

Thanks to their flexible payment plan, I'm a proud owner of two plots of land at Shimawa and I'm still paying for a plot at Ikorodu.

The company's land is way better. Buying with omo-onile means spending money to hold on to the land with no assurance of not loosing it. And during construction, its another story entirely.

But buying from genuine companies like Adron Homes & Properties looks expensive at first but believe me, on the long run, its cheaper than the omo-onile land with no fear of loosing it even without developing yet.

LG G3 is a very good phone with powerful specs, Tecno camon C9 is also a very good phone with amazing qualities but if you are looking for value for money and affordability, please go for C9. But if you want to be extravagant, you can go for G3.

The fault is from those who don’t make Prior investigation before going to Purchase a phone. The Boom J8 is actually know for its Headsets, So why would people go ahead and purchase a phone without the Headsets?

You leave home with the mindset of buying a particular phone, but when you got there, the story changed after seeing cheaper and more attractive phones. Has it ever happened to you?

My best phone ever was my K750i. Currently I use a windows phone but I got eyes on the Boom J8. Can't wait to get a miraculous alert.

The Boom J8 can only be brilliant. Still cannot get over the fact that it is so many things in one device. All the review I've read so far is a hit back to back. Tecno Ti take over, Samsung o ja owo mo.

Why is Tecno mobile always streamlining their products to a specific feature.. The Boom Series- Music, Camon - Camera, L series - Battery... Why not give us an all around package?

How well do we want an all round package if not the Boom J8.
The device is a first class in design, performance, battery, display and most importantly sound.

On top of it all, we can still holiday in Paris...

So much for a streamlined phone.

They need to re-strategize hence the need to lie low. I'm sure their come-back is going to be a hit as they would have known where they got it wrong previously.
