Hello house... Is it possible to swap uk tuberculosis test appointment with another person? If yes, is there anyone who is willing to swap an earlier date for December 1st 2020? Please reach out to me if interested.
I need to do the test urgently.
Thank you
I think it's possible to swap, but to get someone to swap with is the issue. Wish you goodluck.

What the alcohol consuming South can do is sue RMFAC, FIRS and join CBN, Finance ministry and Customs in the suit. You cannot tax me for drinking alcohol and share the tax to someone who would rather maim me for drinking. That's double jeopardy.

You're welcome chief.

Could you please recommend to me schools that offer M.Sc Adult Nursing?

All the ones I've seen so far offer them only to home students. Thanks.
Let me ask a friend who is more knowledgeable about their schools here.
Any Geographical preference?

I've been trawling UK sites for general info and came across this site that provided some insights on expectations in various neighborhoods.

https://www.countryliving.com/uk/homes-interiors/property/a30439201/peterborough-worst-place-live-uk/

Also check the 10 best places to live there.

Then I also use rightmove.co.uk to compare rents in different areas.

Hope this helps.
I read through the review, one said the streets are filled with University students. My question, how is that a bad thing? . Anyways it's their choice.

So the Nigerian High Commission London is closed to the public indefinitely due to the lockdown in England.
Nigeria always finds a way to make things more complicated than it should be.
Even outside the shores of the country, Nigeria can still happen to you anytime, annoyingly so. I got my passport on October 30, I started the application in June.

Who else drove through some scary fog yesterday night? I drove through it on my way to work. It wasn't funny, I couldn't see Jack, even in built up areas with street light.
Very Spooky and Scary, the roads were deserted like one haunted avenue in a Halloween themed movies.

There is illegal mining everywhere in the world but nowhere is it done in open glare of the public like in Nigeria. Such impunity everywhere, no consequences. Government do not care, citizens do not care, who cares?
Even CARE itself don't care. angry

Processing. Processing. That's their power. Processing.
They process Cocoa into Chocolate. And we wan kill ourselves to buy ONE Mars Bar, or Bounty chocolate at almost N400.
Even to do a little processing so that we can sell in character, we couldn't. Selling everything off by raw bulk weight.
Issues like this gets me on my short fuse. The commissioner of Finance will go cap in hand to Abuja every month to share the paltry fund coming from Petroleum when he could make more than that from what is in his backyard.

@OP, does the resort have a Helipad for Chopper landing, 38 minutes on the water is not for everyone. If there is a Chopper Shuttle from Caverton Helipad at Ozumba to the Resort, I believe it will drive more patronage.

I concur with you soknown. So far my experience with them have being amazing and they have been supportive throughout my process. The only down part is that accomodation is quite expensive in redhill. Still on my search though, I registered on zoopla and spareroom and I'm yet to be contacted.
There is a room available immediately in Horley. Are you interested ?. If yes I will send the contacts of the lady to you.

Hi Soknown, I have been following your thread for a while. Just cutrious to know why you left SASH? My friend got a Band 7 ultrasound job there, is SAsh advisable to go? Room for growth, work colleagues and the trust itself? How about the cost in Redhill, is it significantly expensive, as my friend would be moving over to Redhill from Hertfordshire. She was think because it's closer to London, opportunities over there can be explored including locums. Looking forward to your response pls.
SaSH is a very lovely place to work. There is openness and good communication from top to bottom.
I can't count the numbers of time that I have met Michael Wilson CBE Chief Executive on the corridor and he greeted with a very big smile. Or Jane Dickson, the Chief Nurse holding the door for you to pass or Nicola Shopland, Assistant Chief, coming to the ward to check how you fare.
A couple of colleagues in my cohort are now Band 6, so there is opportunity for growth.
There are a lot of training to acquaint you with SaSH processes, finally it is a CQC rated - OUTSTANDING. Trust. One of 9 trust so rated in the UK.
I left because the neighbourhood is very expensive and it didn't fit into my long term plan.
@Symbae, what say you?

We appreciate your commitment towards updating this thread.

I graduated as a social worker last year, haven't been called up for the compulsory one year service, though. I hope to emigrate to the UK in search for job. I do have a couple of questions I would like to ask.

Is it compulsory I should have a considerable level of experience before applying for a job?
Do I have to have a certain amount of money in my account to be able to take care of myself in the UK before I could apply?

Walk me through this, please.
Hello, I can only tell what is applicable in my profession.
I don't know much about your profession, A nurse can apply straight from the uni, as long he/she has a pin from the council. Work experience is not a factor.
A nurse does not need to have money in the bank because of the sponsorship from the employer.

ThatFairGuy1:
Aside the assault, Nigerians should give Respect to men in uniform. You shouldn't expect them to queue like civilians, they might be on an emergency assignment
Respect should be earned not imposed. If he had pleaded to use the machine, be assured that those folks would have yielded space for him.
I have witnessed one before, where the officer in uniform greeted us and stood apart from the queue, we asked him, if he wanted to use the atm, he said yes. So we allowed him to go ahead. He did not have to jump to jump the queue because he was putting on a uniform that could be fake or burrowed.
This soldier in question, did not just commit an offence by beating the lady, he jumped a queue - that is a public display of disorderly behaviour, he disrespected the uniform he was putting on by removing his belt. He then committed assault on an unarmed other, a lady in this instance. So he has so many queries to answer.
